This dental office has been the biggest disappointment! It seems their primary concern is displaying a banner claiming they provide 5-star service, but they don't actually deliver it. My daughter went in for a routine filling, and six months later, she needed a root canal because of their so-called "5 Star" care. We understand that sometimes cavities are too deep or very close to the root, but repeatedly telling her that her pain was just due to a high bite or bruising is laughable. I had Dr. Bui redo the filling, which seemed to help a bit, but not enough. I asked Dr. Bui whether my daughter would need a root canal. Dr. Bui said no and that the pain should eventually subside. When it didn't, the dentist admitted she didn't know why my daughter was still uncomfortable. She offered to redo the filling again, but I told her my daughter was not doing that. Then she said she didn't know how to help her. Honestly, if the dentist had just said she didn't know how to help but would refer us to someone who could, I wouldn't be writing this review. If Dr. Bui had listened to her patient, I wouldn't have had to pull my entire family out of this incompetent office. If the business manager had returned my call before I decided to end my care here, I wouldn't have written this review. If I hadn't had to insist on a referral to someone who could actually help my daughter, I wouldn't be writing this. My biggest regret is staying with this practice when my dentist retired, and my second is listening to these "professionals" and allowing my daughter to suffer in pain. I'm not a dentist, but I could tell that my daughter needed more than just a bite adjustment or a new filling. She needed what I initially thought-- a root canal. What should have taken a few appointments to fix actually took six months. I'm grateful this terrible "care" led us to some excellent dentists who pinpointed my daughter's issue in less than two weeks. Bottom line: Be cautious with this office, and if something doesn't feel right, ALWAYS get a second opinion because this "5 Star" quality care caused so many issues for my family and me.

I’m am so very impressed with this dental office and the staff! As a new patient you get a tour of the entire office. They are very thorough with the initial exams and X-rays. I met my hygienist who was also super nice, and my new dentist is great! The entire staff seems very well trained and you can tell that they enjoy their jobs and their workplace. They are also trying to get to know you as a person/patient which creates a great atmosphere. Can’t speak highly enough of this office!

Dr. Goldman is truly an exceptional Dr. She takes the time to listen carefully to every concern and explains everything in a way that is clear and reassuring. Her compassion and kindness make a world of difference, especially during stressful or uncertain times. You can tell she truly cares about her patients’ well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable and supported. I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Goldman as my doctor and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and deeply caring provider.

I was perfectly fine my whole life but then I decided to do a check up with the “professionals”… they changed my silver fillings for white and they messed me up permanently, they cracked my molars (yes multiple) tried to fix them but never succeed after 4-5 following appts they referred me to a specialist. But I did not do a root canal because they’re NOT good for you, I did my research. Anyways from having perfect teeth, It’s been 3 years since I went with them and my molars are still hurting, now I got to the point I cannot eat with my right side of my mouth. I’m gonna have to pull out a few molars. I do not recommend this place, they obviously do not know what they’re doing.

I've been going to this place for a few years after a rec from a friend and have always had great experiences with everyone I have come in contact with. I loved Dr. Carolyn, sadly she is not there anymore, so now I go with Dr. Bui. She's great, 10/10 recommend. Great listener, gives great advice, and makes sure you're well informed about your procedures or anything that can help you. I rec'd a friend to this place with Dr. Bui but she was not available so he went with Dr. Michelle and heard great things.
