Front desk check in Excellent Customer Service. The Ladies are Friendly and helpful. When called for X-rays Excellent Ten Stars . Exam with Dr.Rolando Salazar, Excellent exam was Great. Dr Salazar tells you his findings, and what is needed to correct issues. Dr Salazar answer any questions you have. I highly recommend Dr Salazar and his team. Ten Stars. Keep up the Excellent patient care. Post Operative instructions Excellent. Office calls to check on you two days after surgery. Day of Surgery Dr Salazar answer any questions about pain meds.

Had a great experience at SA OMS, I had an urgent issue with a tooth that needed extraction. The staff was wonderful I called first thing in the morning Maria answered I explained the issue the VA sent an urgent referral and they worked me in. Dr. Salazar has very good bedside manner, he explained everything he was doing during the process, And just like that the broken tooth was out, he followed up with a bone graft. I have a follow up appointment with him in a few weeks.
My spouse accompanied me incase I couldn’t drive, she stated that everyone was really nice and courteous. I really appreciate everything they did and recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

I just wanted to post again about Dr. Salazar and how wonderful he is. I was recently paralyzed after a failed spinal reconstruction surgery and have been living in a rehab center, so my mobility is very difficult right now.
When I called his office with an abscess in the back of my mouth that had become infected, he got me into his office right away and fixed me up. I'm very grateful for his kindness, his skill, and his ability to explain everything to me like I was five years old. It really put my mind at ease while I was dealing with a number of other very difficult issues in my life.
I highly recommend Dr. Salazar.

My experience for my tooth extraction & 2 implant insertion was a pleasant one. The staff was courteous in preparing me for my iv sedation. Dr.Salazar was explanatory on the procedure. Dr Coleman assisted with his 60 yrs experience in this field.All went well after procedure with no pain . I was given post Surgery instructions to follow at home. Nellie called in a medicated mouthrinse& followed up the next day with a call how I was doing. Overall satisfied.

My experience at San Antonio OMS was really great! All the front office staff are really friendly, respectful, & helped with any questions I had, the dental assistant who took my x-rays was so kind & made sure to let me know what steps were being done next, I believe the same dental assistant who took my x-rays was also assisting with my surgery. She was nice, friendly & helped me ease my anxiety with just talking to me. Even if she didn’t know it, it helped me a lot! I knew I was in the right place with such wonderful staff who genuinely cares for you as a patient. The doctors did a fantastic job with my wisdom teeth removal, everything was handled with great care and I was treated with kindness and respect from both dentists. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent care and a team that truly puts patients first!

Dr. J. Preston Coleman is a board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over 50 years of experience; he earned his dental degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, completed his residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery, became board certified in 1975, and has held leadership roles including president of the Texas Dental Association.
