Dr.Robl is The worst person I have ever met in my life, and I will never let her ever touch me or my family again. I’ve had the worst experience and I plan on looking for an attorney. They should just call this office, pure incompetence. I needed a left upper molar extracted, and my dentist referred her because left bottom wisdom tooth needed to come out due to the way it was coming in and could potentially cause damage to the molar next to it. I told her I had severe PTSD and anxiety due to past medical trauma. She had a very terrible bedside manner and was very stiff. She forgot to send off my prescriptions prior to the procedure. I had to call her office multiple times to get her to do her job and sign off on the prescriptions that she claimed she had already done seven days ago. Her office scheduled 3D x-ray one hour before my procedure even though I voiced The concern of how am I supposed to get from the Selma location to this location in the correct amount of time for surgery and I was told don’t worry just call if you’re late. Then they called me while I was at work the day before surgery asking if I could do my CT then. Then they Moved up the time of my CT to better accommodate them. I left very early to get to the Selma location just in case and I’m glad I did because they attempted to do the 3-D x-ray twice without putting the lead vest on me at all. And then told me that someone left the CT machine on all night and therefore it was broken and I needed to go to the new Braunfels location to have my CT done. I’m already anxious and in tears at this point and should’ve just called the whole thing off. Drove all the way to new Braunfels and when they placed the lead vest on me to do my CT I said they didn’t do this at the other place and she said oh don’t worry you get more radiation from your phone. Pure incompetence. I should have left then. I went ahead and made it barely in time for my procedure. They take me back. They placed an IV. They put oxygen on me. They cover me in a blanket and the doctor comes in about 10 minutes prior to surgery to discuss my CT results. I’m scared and anxious and freezing and she told me that based on my CT she was gonna go ahead and take the whole wisdom tooth. She mentioned there could be some numbness, but it was so downplayed and I was never asked. Are you OK with this? Do you still want this procedure? I was never given the full scope of your face could be numb for the rest of your life. I told her I trusted her and her judgment. I was wrong. My whole, lower jaw, bottom teeth, and bottom lip are completely numb. When I went back to her office, obviously upset she did nothing to comfort me or console me as I was in tears. She threatened to have my husband removed when he was explaining all the incompetence that her office had shown. I will never let that woman ever touch me again. I am scared to death of her, and I’m so scared that my face is going to be like this for the rest of my life. I wish I had never gone to this surgical group. I have to follow up in two weeks in the new Braunfels clinic and I plan to discuss this with Dr. Gossett. Patients be aware do not let Dr. Roble touch you. She has a terrible bedside manner and hope nobody else is going through what I’m going through.

Saying that this facility is AMAZING an UNDERSTATEMENT see yesterday I drove around town w my daughter from 745 am till almost 3 we kept being referred to different offices everyone wanted to wait about a week before the surgery then we were send to Dr Gosset to get evaluate w in minutes Dr Gosset saw my daughter all she say her wisdom teeth needed to come out let's get her In the schedule tomorrow minutes later we were giving the treatment amount and all $$ stuff then we were told we needed to go different. Location for an X ray by this point was about 345 and office closed at 5pm but therer was no one to do the xray they asked if we wanted to.go the morning. Of the surgery ....then I overheard an employee saying she was going that way and she could meet us there and take the xray ..like WOW WOW WOW.. and now we are seating here waiting for the surgery thank you Dr Gosset ans staff for been amazing

Big thanks to Dr. Robl, Alex & Raymond for making a stressful situation as smooth as possible ❤️‍🩹. Randomly had wisdom tooth pain monday, was seen tuesday & had surgery wednesday. I’m 2 weeks removed from surgery and recovering well! Highly recommended coming to this office for any oral needs 🙏🏽

Went here to get two teeth removed. Waited for half an hour after my procedure time to even get called into the room. I chose IV sedation, and was assured multiple times both at the initial consultation and the day of the procedure that it would be completely painless. I felt absolutely everything they were doing and when I said so afterwards, they tried to tell me I had been asleep for most of the procedure and that I couldn't possibly have felt any pain. I understand that mistakes happen and the amount of sedation needed can be different for everybody, and if they had been transparent about what happened instead of lying I would have had no issue.

I had four teeth extracted last Friday by Dr. Robles and it hasn't even been a week and I have zero swelling and zero pain! I had a tooth extracted by another dentist back in February and the healing time was awful. It took almost 3 weeks for me to feel back to normal so I was totally prepared for that experience times four because I had four teeth extracted with Dr. Robles. It was the exact opposite of The last experience I had. My mom who is my driver was super impressed with their professionalism and told me if I'm going to get any implants. I definitely need to use them. When you go to a dentist It can be a scary painful experience, but that is NOT What happened with Dr. Robles. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Her and the team. Having Dr Robles cut out the teeth versus my general dentist Was a night and day Experience. If you were considering having some Extractions then I recommend San Antonio oral surgery. Thank you to the amazing team!
