Lindsay and Ashley are awesome. The office smells so good and they even told me what candles they use. Super clean and they go over all the information clearly with you. A+ service

I had four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Brady Nielsen, one of which was infected. After surgery, he told me everything went great. However, I immediately noticed irritation in the back of my mouth/throat area that felt unusual. I thought maybe he had scraped something on accident, but didn’t think much of it. Over the next several days, the pain and swelling in my throat became increasingly severe—worse than the surgery itself. By the time of my one-week follow-up appointment, my throat was extremely swollen and painful, my voice had changed, due to the swelling, and I was waking up at night in pain. I explained all of this to Dr. Nielsen, but he seemed very unconcerned. He said my throat looked irritated and suggested it was probably a secondary virus, told me my teeth looked fine, and sent me home with no treatment or urgency—despite the obvious swelling and pain. The very next morning, my condition worsened dramatically. I could barely speak, couldn’t eat, and struggled to drink. I went to urgent care, where the doctor took one look and was immediately alarmed. I was diagnosed with a severe infection that appeared to be an abscess. A strep test was negative. I required an antibiotic injection, another round of antibiotics, and steroids, and was warned that if it worsened I would need to go to the ER to have the abscess cut and drained. I attempted to contact Dr. Nielsen’s office multiple times—calls, voicemail, and a text—and did not receive a response for about 5 days. When I finally spoke to him, he showed little concern and could only offer an apology and a follow-up appointment, which felt pointless since the infection had already been treated by another doctor. I am extremely grateful I sought a second opinion when I did, because this could have turned into a serious emergency. The lack of concern, delayed response, and dismissal of clear warning signs were deeply disappointing and concerning. It seems to me this throat infection is directly correlated to the surgery seeing is I was completely healthy prior to surgery and this was never any type of virus or sickness. I would not recommend Dr. Nielsen to anyone based on my nightmare experience.

The whole team made me feel very well taken care of and made sure to let me know I was in good hands before anything began. This was the best surgery I’ve ever experienced because of their professionalism, knowledge, and technique. I’m on day two of my wisdom tooth recovery and I am feeling 100x better than I could’ve planned because of how well they took care of me.

My amazing dentist Jon Draper referred me to Dr. Brady Nielsen. While it was sad that I needed to get some work done, I knew the work NEEDED to be done. I had put off the expense for a few years, thinking I could get by. Wrong wrong wrong. Not getting the work done only led to pressure on surrounding teeth. So, of course I knew that getting the work done would be painful and expensive. I checked around…. Met some great people that could help me. I realized that Dr. Nielsen would first do an amazing job and he provided real value. I’m truly happy that I chose Dr. Nielsen to perform the surgery and implant prep that I needed. His office staff of Lindsay, Kaitlynn, and Ashley are a great team!! In closing, you’re in great hands with Dr. Nielsen and his team. And definitely ask about the Ben & Jerry’s!!

Had a great experience getting my wisdom tooth removed! Dr. Nielsen was a consummate professional. Everything was clean and orderly, and the support staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you Dr. N!
