As a first time patient, excellent experience throughout. Dr. Raymond and staff did a complete assessment with a full head scan. He was able to identify an additional problem with a crown from a previous dentist. I felt I received great quality of care and support as I get nervous at the dentist. Dr. Raymond and his staff made me feel safe and comfortable. I also like the downtown location as it's easy to find. Will be back for future visits!

Dr. Raymond is the best! I had an implant that was done at another office that had to be removed. I went to Dr. Raymond for a second opinion and we decided that it was best to remove the previous implant in order to avoid infection (which was inevitable) and complete failure of the previously placed implant. He explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. The plan going forward is to let the previous site heal and revisit placing a new implant in a few months. I was happy that I was able to get this issue resolved so quickly and right before the holidays or before major infection set in. Dr. Raymond Ngo and Jay (his assistant) were excellent. Hailey (front desk) was also great, she got me in knowing that my case was an emergency and ran my insurance previous to my visit to make sure I had coverage. 10/10 recommend. They have offices in Downtown SD and North County.

Had 2 crowns, 1 filling, deep cleaning, and zoom whitening. All the Staff and dentist was super friendly and nice. I was able to arrange an easy zero percent financing and payment plan. I was able to fix all my problems in 1 visit! Thank you Downtown dental!

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Raymond and his staff at J Street Dental, San Diego! I recently had implants done, and from start to finish the entire process was stress free. The staff there is on another level - friendly, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to making every visit comfortable and fun. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was in the best hands possible. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely at ease before, during and after my procedure. For someone who used to dread going to the dentist, I can honestly say that fear is gone thanks to Dr. Raymond and his staff. They’ve completely transformed how I feel about dental visits. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST dental care and a welcoming environment. I love that they are downtown - right next to Petco Park. Thank you, Dr. Raymond, and your incredible staff - you’ve made such a positive difference in my life!

Dr Raymond and his team are the best in San Diego! He did a crown for my husband and 2 implants for me. Amazing job! He is kind and works with the patient to develop best dental plan in order to meet all your needs. Highly recommend this practice for your dental needs!
