So grateful to have found San Marin Dental, this office truly sets the bar! From the moment you walk in, you’re met with positive vibes and a friendly energy that instantly puts you at ease. The entire staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients.
A special shout-out to Cecie and Dr. Dez, they are hands-down the BEST! Cecie is such a gentle hygienist, exceptionally thorough, and meticulous in her care.
And Dr. Dez — he’s incredible! He is the most caring dentist I’ve ever encountered. His calm demeanor, thoughtful explanations, and genuine compassion have completely cured my long-standing dental anxiety. My dental work has been painless and beautiful! For the first time, I actually look forward to my appointments. Couldn’t recommend this team more!

Phenomenal service from the receptionists. Great explanation over my treatment and costs. Atmosphere made me feel at ease and relaxed plus great choice of music 10/10 overall

Switched dentists when mine retired and couldn't be more happy. The staff is friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable. Dr. Dez is great and takes the time to explain everything clearly and does excellent work. The office is clean, modern, and appointments always run on time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great dental care in Novato!

I can't say enough about the experience with everyone who works at San Marin dental. The office staff are patient and gave a great explanation of treatment, costs, and reimbursements. I was able to work with the doc to find a treatment plan that I could afford. The dental staff are genuinely caring and make a sincere effort to make sure you're comfortable, down to little things like having good music playing. I was shocked when the doc called me the day after a few fillings to make sure I felt ok!

San Marin Dental is a wonderful family dental practice. Highly recommend for adults and children. We were referred by our wonderful long time and very experienced dentist who recently retired. Couldn’t be happier with the care here and they are great with children, too.

Meet the Doctors
San Marin Dental is led by Dr. Jeremie DeZwirek, DDS, and Dr. Thomas Dembski, DDS. Dr. DeZwirek, known to patients as Dr. Dez, earned his Bachelor's degree in Molecular Cell Biology from UC Berkeley and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of the Pacific, graduating with high honors. He completed an advanced General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in San Diego with a focus on endodontics, implantology, and oral surgery, and has a particular interest in implants, interdisciplinary dentistry, and computer aided dental design and milling. He is fluent in French. Dr. Dembski brings over 40 years of clinical experience to the practice. He previously served as a faculty dentist and graduate instructor at the UCSF School of Dentistry, where he founded the advanced dental residency program, was the past director of dentistry at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, and is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry.
