From first point of contact to make my appointment and throughout my appointment it was very professional yet welcoming experience. Kristen my hygienist was very thorough and didn’t rush thru as has been my experience at other places. Dentist was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. They definitely have my repeat business and I rebooked for a 6 month appointment with Kristen. Excited I finally found my dentist here in Idaho falls.

I've been going to Sandcreek for over a year now and am so glad I made the switch. The hygienists are all wonderful, the front office staff are very pleasant to deal with and Dr. Darrington is absolutely fabulous. He is so down to earth, only does what's necessary, and is reasonable priced. I get so many compliments on my smile. I highly recommend them.

I got a filling at Sandcreek Dental from Dr. Darrington and it was a pleasant experience. The front desk found me an appointment time that fit my schedule. They emailed me the check-in paperwork so I could do it in my own time, so when I arrived at the appointment I didn't have to do any more. My nurse, Meredith, was forthright with my treatment plan and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was quick and painless. Dr. Darrington was gentle, precise, and professional. The exam room is comfortable and modern. I didn't have to get out of the chair to get xrays done. Later, Dr. Darrington personally called me to check on my recovery. 11/10 - highly recommend Sandcreek. It's now my family dentist.

The whole staff is super friendly and kind. I had such a great experience that I will be switching to them for my primary dental care. Dr Darrington is funny and helps his patients feel at-ease during treatment. I appreciate the level of care I received and will continue going to Sandcreek for any dental needs! :)

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Craig Darrington and the entire team at Sandcreek Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely kind. I needed a crown replaced, and I was amazed that they were able to build a perfect new tooth right there in the office and take care of everything in a single visit. I even got to watch my new tooth being made! Their advanced, modern technology allows patients to view images and see exactly what’s happening throughout the process, which made the experience both fascinating and reassuring. Dr. Darrington is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to openly discuss any questions or concerns before moving forward. He keeps you informed every step of the way and truly makes you feel comfortable. What really sets him apart is that he even takes time at the end of his busy day to personally call patients to check on how they’re doing — that level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. The atmosphere at Sandcreek Dental is warm, open, and genuinely happy. I am so grateful for the professionalism and care shown by everyone, especially Dr. Darrington, Kristen (my wonderful hygienist), Kyla, Kevin, Stacy, and Lezlie. Thank you all for such an exceptional experience! Highly recommend Sandcreek Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.
