I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Haeff, Josefina, and the entire front office team. As someone who had been anxious about having my wisdom tooth removed; and put it off for over 20 years, I can confidently say the level of care I received exceeded all expectations.
From the initial scheduling process through the procedure and follow up, everything was handled seamlessly and professionally. Dr. Haeff took great care to ensure I was comfortable at every stage, demonstrating exceptional bedside manner and expertise.
Josefina was incredibly supportive during my recovery, providing valuable guidance and taking the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Her knowledge and attentiveness made a significant difference in my experience.
The front office staff consistently created a welcoming environment with their positivity and friendliness; they truly made each visit enjoyable.
This is an exceptional practice, and the quality of service is well worth the drive from Lawrenceville. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received and highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental services.

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed at Sandy Springs Oral Surgery and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Dr. Haeffs and his entire team were extremely professional from start to finish. The staff made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, and Dr. Haeffs clearly knows his craft. The procedure went smoothly, and I felt well informed and cared for every step of the way. I recently took my mother to her oral surgery appointment and we had a great experience. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left. It was an outstanding service and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Haeffs and his team were extremely professional who paid close attention to my moms needs. His team made us feel comfortable, they never rushed us in anyway and they walked us thoroughly on what they were planning on doing to my mom. I was never left blindsided which is a plus for me. In overall, we are extremely satisfied with their performance and I admire how much they care for their patients. A big thank you!

Dr Demo and staff are wonderful! They are very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend this group for your oral surgery needs. Dr Demo cut an ulcer out of my tongue and biopsied it. It turned out well!
Second visit I had a tooth extraction by Dr Haeffs and it went very well! Very quickly .Love the staff! Very professional and all went perfectly.
