I had an incredible experience with Sandy Springs Periodontist! I came in for a consultation after dealing with a problematic tooth for over a year and a half, and from the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The office is beautiful—bright, clean, and very welcoming—but what truly stood out was the care from the entire team.
From the reception staff to the hygienist to the doctor, everyone treated me with genuine kindness and compassion. They took their time walking me through my procedure, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel rushed. I truly felt heard, valued, and cared for every step of the way.
Although I know I need to have my tooth extracted, I feel confident and at peace with the next steps because I trust this team completely. If you’re looking for a periodontist who combines professionalism with heartfelt care, I highly recommend Sandy Springs Periodontist!

I’ve only been coming to this office for a few months, but I’ve had such a wonderful experience with everyone here. I’m very particular about the providers I trust, especially because I have significant dental anxiety, but I’ve always felt safe, heard, and respected here. I’ve had both routine care and more complex treatment, and I’ve been treated with kindness and care every time. Even during a cleaning when I forgot my headphones, the staff put on my favorite music to help me stay calm. It’s those little things that make such a difference.I have significant dental anxiety, but I feel much less stressed coming here because I genuinely feel confident that I’m in good hands.

I’m in the process of getting an implant and crown for a cracked tooth. Doctor Kramer is performing all my work. I have had appointments in both offices. Each office has very capable people, the offices are very clean, and Dr. Kramer is very professional. She has great reviews and was recommended by my Dentist. The problem tooth has been extracted and I’m awaiting the implant placement. So far, everything has gone fantastic. I would highly recommend this practice. Dr. Kramer even called me personally after the extraction to see how I was feeling. I appreciated this call very much.

Dr. Williams and the entire staff at Sandy Springs Periodontics are the best!! They are thoughtful, supportive, and great at what they do. I appreciated how quickly Chelsea at the front desk was able to get me seen to take care of a very inconveniently-timed, but necessary, lower gum graft right before my college graduation. I felt at ease every step of the way, from my consultation appointment through recovery! I'm so grateful that my first experience with a periodontist was here!

I found this to be a very friendly experience with my recent implants. Like a mechanic, hairdresser, dry cleaner, you wanna good one you can rely on, and I chose Dr. Kramer. My neighbors all go there, too. She complimented existing crowns, made good recommendations about my overall oral health, and just simply continues to earn my business. Great taste in overhead music, I might add.
