DEFINITELY not a good sign when 3 separate facilities send this place a referral for me, it's been 8 months, STILL no communication NOT TO MENTION SITTING ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR WITH NO ONE PICKING UP. Good grief! What a joke! Get yourselves together and learn to be professionals!

SANFORD sucks. The whole parking lot is full of people parking two spots so no one else can park.

Dr Boggess was absolutely amazing, as was all the nurses and staff who did my first (and upcoming) oral surgeries. I have complex medical needs and also horrible anxiety and pain. They were kind, respectful, and helped me feel safe as well as did excellent work! I actually am not afraid of my next two due to how great the first went.

2 failed surgery's even though brought up concerns about involuntary motor movements and needing Botox to remediate. 3rd surgery needed but now need a graft due the failures. Had 2 consults after 2nd surgery since Dr is no longer longer at Sanford and have had new tissue damage while waiting for a plan.
