The doctors are amazing and the quality of their work is truly excellent. I will have to say that the financial staff are very poor about communicating and helping you plan for the overall cost of service. Beware as they did not tell me I had a $3200 payment due literally a few minutes before the implant.

My endodontist was able to get me an emergency tooth extraction here and I was pleased with the experience. Everyone at the desk was friendly and the doctor & staff were incredible. I have severe dental anxiety and they took that into consideration and it was quick & relatively painless.

The staff was great. Dr. was great also, super responsive. Overall everything was smooth as silk. Tooth extraction didn’t hurt, but was loud when the drill was deployed.

SB Center for Oral Surgery's SB & Goleta offices provide exceptional care that has made a positive difference in my life. This practice is my go-to for tooth extractions and implants, as the results I get are outstanding, against all odds given a complicated medical situation. I have had dental urgencies that the practice has done everything possible to accommodate successfully. My dental issues have been extensive. The practice delivers reliably superior results, which shows me the high caliber of professionalism with which my dental issues are addressed.

I visited Dr. Hall and his team after getting in the face with a puck while playing hockey. The whole team was very understanding and got me in immediately despite their busy day. Everyone there helped take the edge off of a scary experience

About Santa Barbara Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Santa Barbara Center for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery cares for patients at its Pedregosa Street office, located at 9 East Pedregosa Street in central Santa Barbara. This is a surgical specialty practice, so dental implants are planned and placed by board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Implant care ranges from replacing a single missing tooth to full arch and All-on-4 treatment that replaces all of the teeth in a jaw, and same day implant placement is available in select cases. The team plans each case with 3D imaging and digital planning software, and offers a range of sedation options so patients stay comfortable through surgery.
Beyond implants, the practice provides bone grafting for patients who need to rebuild jaw bone before an implant can be placed, wisdom teeth removal, facial trauma repair, and corrective jaw surgery. The Pedregosa Street office is one of three locations the group operates in Santa Barbara County, alongside an office on Patterson Avenue and one in the Santa Ynez Valley, and it is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Patients considering dental implants can schedule a consultation here to review 3D scans, bone health, and treatment options with a surgeon before deciding on a plan.
