I’m very disappointed with how my appointment was handled. The booking staff scheduled me for a 5:00 PM appointment, and I arrived on time expecting to receive my checkup. However, when I got there, I was told that the staff member responsible for the checkup had already left for the day.
I rearranged my schedule and made a special trip to the office, only to leave without being seen. This should not happen—appointments should not be offered at times when the dental staff needed to provide the service are no longer available. Better communication and coordination between the booking staff and clinical team is needed so patients do not waste their time. Unprofessional and bad quality service. The owners need to address this issue as the staff who schedules appointments is very incompetent. I do not recommend.

Dr Hobbie is a really great dentist. He’s gental, kind , funny and seems to really care about his patients. I have been to a many different dentists and I always have a really good experience at this office. and his assistant Alondra was wonderful and very sweet. In fact I have to say the entire office staff is great.

Dr. Loza did a fantastic job, and despite me being very nervous made it seem very effortless and had great follow up throughout the whole procedure to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. Would highly recommend .
