I visited Dr Redd's office today and was very impressed by everyone. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The dental hygenist was so gentle but so thorough. She explained everything she was doing, and gave great tips and information as she went along. Dr. Redd is a really great guy! I really felt that he cares about my well being and the quality of his work. I grind my teeth in my sleep, but I felt no judgement as I have from other dentists, only support from Dr Redd's team. On my way out, the front desk had my copay information ready, and then fully explained what to expect. I felt they went above and beyond with the estimated bill. Additionally, my 18 year old had his own "first adult dentist appointment" yesterday without Mom there, and the whole staff was so awesome with him. It was really sweet and I was so grateful. It was all top tier service and I highly appreciated it! I would highly recommend this dentist office.

They are not helpful when it comes to customers service. First I call in with codes to get rough estimates, then the lady who answered, not sure her name, was rude and interrupted me when I was speaking. There were other offices that were helpful that grabbed my information and reached out to my insurance just to get rough estimates.

I’ve been going to Dr Redd’s for several years now. I am thoroughly impressed by the great job his staff and he do every time I see them. I highly recommend them for cleanings or dental work.

I had a great experience as a new patient from getting booked to the clinic being on time with my appointment to the cleaning and education from Brooke. Dr. Redd was kind and helpful. 5-stars all around.

Dr. Jay Redd, DDS is an exceptionally skilled, caring and reassuring dentist. Also, his staff is courteous and personally accommodating. I have very complex dental needs, and Dr. Redd always presents all the options, takes my feedback into respectful consideration, and executes whatever treatment plan we decide on with the utmost careful attention.
I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Redd for your dental needs.
