I love Santa Fe dental. I have seen them for emergency dental appointments and I have been taken such great care of. I recommend them to everyone. My new insurance doesn’t cover me with them. But I will change companies so I can continue my dental work with them

Avoid Santa Fe Dental Group in Santa Rosa. They recently emailed me a bill for a service my mother received and paid for nearly three years ago. Despite the clear timeline and proof of prior payment, they are now claiming an outstanding balance with no proper explanation. I have contacted them multiple times through their website, by phone, and have left voicemails. No one has responded. This level of disorganization and lack of accountability is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially in healthcare. If this is how they handle billing, I would be seriously concerned about how they manage patient care. Choose a dental office that values transparency, communication, and respect for their patients.

Unfortunately I have to give a bad review after many years being loyal to them. They had been a great group of dentists and even re-doing the dental work when it's necessary. Unfortunately, earlier this year I found out they're dropping my insurance on the second half of the year (delta) and they haven't been able to schedule me for a crown replacement or re-cementing. It's weird how before they would go above and beyond to squeeze me in even on emergencies. And how, suddenly they are "booked" for months. I've been waiting and calling since January and till this day, it's silent. Delta still works till June, and being May I doubt they will take care of me. It's all about money in the end.
