They worked with my insurance to have a much needed periodontal deep cleaning approved, which took about a month or so (typical insurance). I had missed a call from them last Monday to let me know it was approved, I called them Tuesday to make an appointment and I had lucked out as they had a cancellation that day and could fit me in. I had a thorough cleaning by the friendly and knowledgable Letty. I recommend this office!

Dr Muro is number one in his field. The staff assisting the dentist are very caring and compassionate. Never wait too long for my appointment. Get in within five minutes of my appointment time. We are happy we found this Office for sure. Thank you everyone

Highly recommend! Dr J is an outstanding dentist. I had a lot of anxiety and dread, but she immediately put all of that to rest with her technical proficiency and kind demeanor. Dr J and her team performed work that I have in the past found painful (and terrifying). Thanks to her, I literally felt no pain. Zero! And she is a good communicator which really helped me contend with the fear. I feel really lucky to have found such a caring, competent, and skillful dentist. Five stars.

After my dental carrier changed I was concerned when my previous dentist was no longer in network. I decided to give Santa Fe Dental a try and I鈥檝e been happy since day 1. The office staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The dentists, hygienists, and technicians are so competent in their areas of expertise. No long waits once you arrive and they stand by their work. The office is very clean and bright.

The usual worry about not being taken with respect when you are on Medicaid was not at all an issue. A common failure in dentist offices is that most are either not qualified to correctly submit the right codes for insurances or simply not willing to help people in pain. Now we all know that it is not a way to get rich for them. Dr Murro is not only respectful but he also has his staff trained properly to help. I am a cancer patient that is loosing teeth etc due to chemo. Often I am very nauseated and dizzy. They always inquire about my health and are in contact with my urologist as some chemo is dangerous for blood flow. I am grateful to have the communication established. It took a little while to get apt. Set as I have to reserve rides 5 days ahead. I don't drive anymore... Anyways, I had my experiences with good and bad. This is the only dental office with popper knowledge and welcoming attitudes... Makes a huge difference. The recent upgrades to equipment and bright fresh decor was a great choice. It's obvious that he and staff are content with goid hardware and software. I am very happy to have been allowed to be a client. Keep it up, that's the way to go 馃憤
