I absolutely love these people. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I’ve had some pretty terrible dental experiences in the past and was so nervous going to them for my first visit, but they were all so amazing. They go out of their way to help you feel more comfortable, even giving warm blankets while they work. They educate without judging, and respect what’s important to you individually. Cannot say enough nice things. They don’t take insurance, but will bill your insurance so you can get money back without the hassle of submitting the claim yourself. And they also request a down payment on your initial visit, but are very worth it.

Friendly, helpful staff and good prices. Came with a very complicated situation and they were patient and persistent to end up with a great final results. Best dentist experience ever!

How many years did I have to go without paying much attention to my teeth before I actually allowed a dentist (in this case two dentists!) to have some input. Both Dr. Kasia and Dr. Laura….actually the whole team…are so great! Super detailed, soft touch on the nervy stuff and to round it all off just wonderful people. Never thought I would be leaving a review for much of anything let alone Dentists…..however Santa Rosa Dentistry has taken care of me in such a way that I now am actually taking care of my mouth and teeth in the ways I pretty much should have been for decades. Not sure how they do it…but oh yes they do it!!

Thank you to Dr Laura and the whole team at Santa Rosa Dentistry! I am no longer afraid to go to the dentist. Several years ago while discussing my dental phobias with a friend, she asked me if I had ever tried a female dentist. And so my search began. After reading reviews by patients I decided to try Dr Laura. This is how I ended up at Santa Rosa Dentistry. So if you are even thinking about giving this office a try…do it!!

I’ve been coming to this wonderful practice for 4 years now. The receptionists are kind and helpful, the technology is state of the art, the hygienists are friendly and thorough, and the dentists are caring and knowledgeable. Good vibes & good care all around - highly recommend.

Meet the Doctors
Santa Rosa Dentistry is led by Dr. Laura Ellefson, DMD, FAGD, and Dr. Kasia Marelich, DMD, MAGD. The two were classmates at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2012, and purchased the practice together in 2017 after working there as associates. Dr. Ellefson, who was born and raised in Santa Rosa, is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, with a focus on prevention and sleep apnea treatment. Dr. Marelich, originally from Poland, completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, holds a Mastership with the Academy of General Dentistry, and has a particular interest in Invisalign treatment.
