EXCELLENT facility! Staff is caring, efficient and do everything to make your experience 5 star. Every aspect of my experience so far has been wonderful. Everything is explained in detail and they make a point to be sure you are comfortable through the entire procedure. From the office staff to the doctors, this is a A++ operation! Highly recommend!

Knowledgeable, efficient and willing to take time to fit me into the surgery schedule to prevent time to procedure to have additional risks.. So just a great experience. Staff were likewise smart, friendly and really committed. Dr Middleton went over and above to take and treat my medical issue in an expedited fashion.

So thankful I came here. The office staff nice, Dr. Middton was Awesome, answered my longtime question on why my jaw and nerves are suffering, (since 2021) Now I found . . Dr middton s office. YEAH. shows, tells and explains also answers your questions. Very 5 star

Dr. Middleton and is staff were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took time to explain the processes and what to expect. My first implant failed and I had to go through the surgery a second time. Everyone was very supportive and encouraging. I am now healed with a successful outcome. All my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Middleton and his staff!

My appointment was for a follow-up after surgery. Upon arrival I was seen by Ashley, she is very competent and kind. Office is very clean and well ran. Dr. Middleton is amazing. I am petrified of the dentist, but everyone made me feel so calm. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing oral surgery.
