Look is deceiving. The front of the office is very simple and not flashy. Once you get inside, everything changes. The reception area is small but nice (only 6 chairs). Then when your name is called and you walk past the glass door, it’s like a maze with operatories and offices on both sides. Dr. Sharafi was very nice and pleasant. Very easy to communicate with. He makes you feel at ease with his smiles. His assistants are also very friendly, very pleasant, very knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience with my visit today. I know what to expect for my next visit—went over the treatment plan, pre-op and post-op expectations and the cost of my next appointment. I highly recommend this office!!!

I cannot recommend Dr. Sharafi highly enough. I have undergone multiple dental implant procedures with him, and every experience has been exceptional. From the initial consultation through the final restoration, he consistently demonstrated outstanding skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. I also want to recognize his office staff, who have always been friendly, organized, and accommodating. Every visit has been pleasant, and scheduling and follow-up care have been seamless. If you need an oral surgeon, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Sharafi. His exceptional surgical skill, compassionate care, and commitment to excellent outcomes make him one of the best doctors I have ever had the privilege of seeing.

I'm a complex spinal cord injury patient and in preparation for 3 implants, I had 2 bone graft procedures 6 weeks apart, the lower jaw and upper jaw with a sinus lift. Dr. Evans and his Surgical Assistant Josie understood my health issues that can also affect my dental treatments and made me feel comfortable and pain-free during the procedures which also were relatively quick. I also healed very quickly with zero bleeding with the help of my own PRF blood platelets that Josie extracted and mixed with the bone graft paste. The office also followed up with me post-surgery to ensure I was recovering well. Pain free and very successful treatments, highly recommend!

I had a consultation with Dr. Sharafi at SD Oral Surgery for two dental implants and I left feeling extremely confident in my care. From the moment I walked in, his entire team was professional, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. Sharafi took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly explain every aspect of the procedure. He made sure I understood all of my options and genuinely focused on what would be best for me, rather than rushing through the consultation. His patience, knowledge, and compassionate approach made me feel completely comfortable and reassured. He is truly an incredible doctor, and I’m so grateful to have been referred to him by Dr. Rahbar at Dentique. I would highly recommend Dr. Sharafi to anyone in need of oral surgery or dental implants. Exceptional care from start to finish.

I had a horrible experience the first time I got an impacted tooth removed at a dentist’s office 5 ish years ago, and it scared me bad enough that I haven’t gone in to remove the other until today. I can’t recommend this place and Dr. Evans enough. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, and the best part is nothing ever felt like they were trying to get more money out of me. They were very honest, and gave me some great advice. They made me feel so safe, and the process was so quick and pain free, even with just the local anesthetic. The nitrous was very helpful and calming. The staff wrapped me in a blanket, played fun music, and were very efficient in both making me comfortable and getting the tooth out. Last time, it took 2+ hours for the same kind of issue, but Dr. Evans got it out in 12!! minutes with no pain and very little bleeding! I can’t thank you all enough!!
