Ill give one star for the receptionist but the dentists are so unprofessional.
After having my son i gained cavities, going to get those filled were already making me anxious.
Today I went in for a filling appointment. I had some questions , 3 questions to be exact. I had written in my notes to talk about.
Before he started I said I had to use the restroom (I know i shouldve went before just was anxious) he said " i am just looking at your teeth " then he proceeded to numb me without warning.
They talked about different things they were going to do, I had questions to clarify, the dentist Dr Huu Luu directly said "you have alot of questions youre annoying" mind you - its his job he gets paid to care for teeth/address the concerns.
He asked me how my last fillings were i told him there was a sharp spot on it he said "i put alot of hard work into ungrateful people".
Mind you im in a vulnerable position and if I wasnt numb I wouldve walked out for the way I was treated.
After his comments the dental assistant was just quiet. It was hurting I raised my hand, no concern, towards the end at the final rinse the water was getting in my nose I raised my hand, went ignored, I then fidgeted cause it was in my nose. With an attitude he said " whats? What is going on whats is going on" I had to say " there is water going in my nose " he then said were done for the day. During the procedure he dropped a tool on my top tooth as well, no apology or acknowledgement.
I felt completely violated, disregarded, and disrespected. For someone who went to school for this, is getting paid for this they should not call someone annoying for asking questions whether it was a joke or not.
Anyone deserves to have the right to understand whats happening to them when they get a procedure done.
Wildly inappropriate, if I had another place to go to for care I would. Just a heads up, the dentists here really dont care about you.

They took one of my teeth out and broke another tooth right next to it so now it's extremely sharp and it stabs into the side of my tongue whenever I try to talk or eat, this is a horrible place and I do not recommend going here at all!!!!!

I went here when i was about 14, 13 cant remember and ever since then my mullers have been super sensitive from the fillings. I'm 25 now.. i cant drink cold water or eat ice cream anymore cause of the pain. The fillings looked scuffed. it looks like i got a bunch of cavity's. I'm almost 100% positive none the teeth i had fillings in needed them. I was originally suppose to get a tooth pulled. But instead he did 8 fillings in the span of 6 months. by that time the tooth i needed pulling was so badly infected i needed medicine to kill it so they could pull it. the infection was making the Novocain not work. I've had problems ever since. Don't go here.

They said they couldn't fill my cavity until my teeth had been cleaned and set me up with an appointment for a cleaning. The hygienist must have been in the top of her class at the Marquis de Sade school of oral torture. She scraped the enamel off one quadrant of my teeth. When the novacain wore off, I was in agony for days. She didn't clean the tooth that needed the filling. I will never go there again as long as I have teeth to clean. I guess I will wait for them to fall out then go in for dentures when it is safe.
