I called for a standard cleaning. Told to wait months for an appointment, but it turns out it will only be an "exam" and x-rays with no cleaning for $500 and said there's no guarantee when I would get in for a real cleaning after they see me. I have never heard of such a thing.

This is the worst dentist. I have had a filling done on my front tooth so many times and instead of Dr. Lopez being up front that obviously filling after filling isn't going to work, she just kept charging me hundreds of dollars for fillings. My front tooth chipped once again after getting a filling done 3 months ago and half of my tooth was gone. Went for a second opinion and the dr. Was up front and said you need a crown, a filling isn't going to work, If you have private insurance like I do I highly recommend going else where, as all this dentist will do is half fix your teeth so you have to keep coming back. What a joke honestly. I am very satisfied with the new dentist I have in Olympia. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

They got me in within a couple days because my pain was at a 10/10. Dr Cain was in temporarily and he is so kind, so personable, and made me feel heard. They did refer me but in the meantime the pain was not subsiding and that’s when Sharon a gem of a dental nurse went to bat for me the way a protective mom does, I didn’t expect it and how grateful I am I can’t put into words. My tooth was taken care of today and I’m already feeling much better. Thank you so much.

I had a great consultation with Dr Kane on Monday, I called today to have them send out information to another dental place that I was referred to however I believe the person who answered said his name was Jeff? Jeff shouldn't be answering phones, his quality of customer service needs some work. He mixed up my name and I laughed a little then he sarcastically responded with "Oh we're so funny here." Gave off a "I don't want to even be here so what do you want?" Kind of vibe.

Dr.lopez is very gentle and not aggressive at all and is a great dentist. The dentist I had today that was filling in for her was aggressive not gentle whatsoever, he didn't numb me enough he didn't give me any warning about what he was going to do. I hope I never get him again, his name was Dr.Goessman.
