Dr. Brian is the best. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed and didn’t feel any pain afterward. The front desk staff is amazing and always helpful whenever you need anything. They made the whole process stress-free, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal.

Dr. Cheung and his staff were very professional, responsive, friendly, and made the teeth extraction process feel easy. The entire process was clearly explained, and had very transparent billing policies and procedures. I also had little-to-no pain after my oral surgery, which is a testament to Dr. Cheung (and his staff’s) expertise and client-centered approach to surgery. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing any type of oral surgery.

Had a great experience with my Wisdom Tooth Extraction at Seattle Premier Oral Surgery. Dr. Cheung and his staff were professional and courteous. The only thing I would have liked were a more thorough walkthrough of what to expect during the initial consultation (most of this was instead communicated through a couple docs that I read through afterwards). But overall, the experience was quick, efficient, and very comfortable.

This was a same-day consultation and procedure visit. The initial consultation with Dr. Cheung and his dental assistant took about 15 minutes, after which they promptly returned to perform the recommended dental work. They provided clear after-care and post-operative instructions, and the entire visit was completed in under an hour. Dr. Cheung has an excellent bedside manner (for those who have anxiety when visiting a dental office, rejoice! 😊), and the administrative staff—especially those handling insurance and cost questions—are accommodating, timely, and very pleasant. I highly recommend this office for any and all dental needs.

my wisdom teeth extraction was a complicated case, with one tooth situated very close to a nerve, and i’ve spent the better part of a year trying to get them out. one dentist refused to perform the procedure because of its potential for nerve damage, and as such i was nervous about the prospect of being injured during the surgery by an inexperienced practitioner. after a second dentist straight-up forgot i was scheduled, i decided to come here, even though i have dental and needle phobias and was very afraid of being iv sedated. i have to say that dr. cheung’s practice exceeded my expectations in every way. staff was responsive to my inquiries about an appointment, and i was able to schedule a consultation within a week of contacting the office. i only had to wait about a month and a half to actually get my teeth extracted (and if i remember correctly i could’ve gotten them out sooner, just needed to make sure i had time off work scheduled to recover). once i actually met dr. cheung, he did not seem apprehensive about my case at all. the instructions he gave me for both pre and post-operative care were extremely detailed and i felt confident in what i could expect from the surgery i had been so worried about for so long. the actual procedure went so quickly that it surprised the person who brought me to my appointment. the iv insertion (which always makes me very anxious) was painless, i remember nothing from the procedure itself, and for the first few days post-op i shockingly wasn’t in much pain at all. i did start to experience some pain in the days that followed, but patients are encouraged to call the office with any questions they might have about their recovery, and when i did this the nurse was knowledgeable and put me at ease. as of today i am 11 days post-op, and although i am still having some pain/soreness (which i was assured is normal for a case like mine), it has now died down to a level where i can forget to take painkillers. at my follow-up it was confirmed that there was no damage to my nerve and that i should expect to feel better and better from here on out. on top of everything, the pricing seemed reasonable - despite having completely maxed out on my dental benefits for this year, the total price quoted to myself and my family was less than even the deposit required by other dentists. i have had a lot of negative experiences with dentists over the years and have never had one who made me feel so confident in their abilities and respected as a patient. i would recommend dr. cheung’s services to anyone.
