Secure Dentures and Implants is phenomenal. Every staff member was warm, professional, and genuinely caring. The facility is spotless, the process is clearly explained, and the cost breakdown is completely transparent.
Dr. William Causey, DDS, and his assistant Hannah are exceptional. He’s skilled, kind, patient, and hilarious — easily the best dentist I’ve ever had. My chipped tooth and missing molar were restored beautifully, and I left with a smile I’m proud of. They restored my confidence and left me with an impression I am happy to share.
If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

I just want to let anybody who has any fear of going to the dentist, please come to this office! From the second I called needing an appointment, the sweet girl at the front desk Precious was so kind and understanding of my needs. She lived up to her name! When it was time for my appointment, Hope explained everything to me and was also very sweet in helping me understand everything that was going on. She took her time explaining everything to me and my various options and choices. Dr. McConnell was kind and patient in reiterating everything as well and Lisa, who did my estimates was very honest and made me feel very much at ease. I will be returning next week and I am so excited to have my beautiful smile back again! Thank you to everyone! Y'all are amazing!!!

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything clearly. The office was clean and welcoming, and the team genuinely cared about my comfort and satisfaction. I am very pleased with the quality of care I received and would highly recommend Secure Implants and Denture to anyone looking for dental implant or denture services.

This has been the best experience I've ever had at any doctor,or dentist office. I've been to in my life time and the good lord knows I've been to a lot of them at my age Dr.McConnell was awesome took out8or 9 teeth no pain very gentel,caring kind hearted man that loves what he does for people And I love you miss Lisa your amazing ❤️. And you care deeply for people and what you do. And miss Anna your as beautiful as your heart to all the staff at Securedentures and implants in Bryant ark. Keep it up yall are the best ever

Very professional and welcoming! Anna was nice, friendly, and respectful the entire visit. Got to meet other team members as well. Everyone greeted me with a smile. The Dr. and Manager were kind as well. I enjoyed my visit! Got what I needed done complete plus plenty of smiles and laughter from the crew. Definitely worth trusting for your next dental visit.
