I spent 3 hours lying in the chair just to get impressions for crowns. On two separate occasions, I had to stay for another 3 hours, only for the crowns not to fit in the end, requiring new measurements and returning a month later. It took nearly 4 months just to get two crowns placed. In the end, the savings are not worth it because of how much time was wasted. It would have been better to pay double at a clinic that makes its own crowns and resolve in a single day what took nearly 4 months there.

The front staff are not friendly. They were between 30 minutes to an hour late all 3 times I went. They did not inform me when I checked in that they were running over an hour late. Communication would be helpful. The girl that cleaned my teeth did not clean them very well or spend much time cleaning them. The whitening tray they made me after I did the in office whitening was very sloppy and they did not cut it down enough. It was hurting my mouth so I ended up cutting it myself later. Overall just poor communication, poor customer service, poor timeliness, and poor quality.

Visiting Santa Barbara and within our first hour my son had a wire come loose on his braces. It was 4:50pm and I desperately called See Me Smile and David at the reception desk told me to come in and they'd help us. I was so grateful!! They told us that they required one X-ray which I didn't like, but would only be $20. The technician saw my son, she was so nice and was able to fix my son's braces right away. He was in a lot of pain, so it was such a relief. When we were finished they only charged us $20 for the X-ray. What an awesome business that didn't nickel and dime us on our vacay! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I'd highly recommend them.

Honestly, I had a really good experience here. Everyone was nice, but Amelia especially stood out. She was so kind and gentle, and made me feel comfortable the whole time.
I was a bit nervous at first, but she explained everything calmly and didn’t rush me at all. You can tell she actually cares, and that meant a lot to me.

Dr. Pruss, DMD, earned her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University, completed a hospital based residency at NewYork-Presbyterian, Columbia University Medical Center, and practiced in New York for 12 years before relocating to Southern California.
