I have been with Seidner for two years. Their communication with patients is great. They always follow up with me, give me reminders for all my appointments and the billing process is effortless and great. Their internal teams are fun, friendly, helpful and I am very happy with their service. My preferred hygienist Becky - is very good, always smiling and very good at what she does. They all make overall experience effortless. I am very grateful we have such great people right here in Randolph. Thank you all.

What a great team of professionals..Dr. Kim is tops, his assistant Lainey is incredible,calmed my fears and explained each process with detail.i had no pain with any of my scheduled visits ,was always greeted with a warm and friendly smile took the time to go over exact process that was to occur that visit. I recommend Seidner Denistry 100%...My teeth haven't looked this good in decades...and another positive outcome was knowing exactly what each scheduled visit was going to cost via insurance payment and via patient payment. No surprises. In today's economy this is so very important. Planning my implants soon with Seidner Dentistry...I trust no other...Thank you for the great care you provided to myself and my family...Highly recommend this office in Randolph. I was very anxious for my appointment as a new patient. I was met with understanding and comfort from the moment I called to make my appointment while speaking with kevin. When I walked in, the woman at the front desk was so kind and reassuring. I had a consultation with Dr. Shannon who made me as comfortable as possible. Her kindness, patience and understanding is what reassured me to come back. I am thrilled to have found an amazing team. Bedside manners are a huge factor for me so if you’re searching for that, you have found the right place. Looking forward to my new journey with Seidner dentistry and Dr. Shannon.

One of the most beautiful dentist offices I’ve seen on the East Coast. The care is incredible, the Cleaning was so gentle that I didn’t even feel like I was in a dentist chair, and the TLC Extras like their beautiful gift bags to coffee station creates a real personal touch.
We are so glad to find this wonderful dentist to call home.

This was my first appointment, and I discovered a truly kind and caring team. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first experience in an American dental office, coming from France, but I felt comfortable right away. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I felt very well cared for. Highly recommended!
