This happend now multiple times. They will forget to charge you and ask that ypu come back and pay them when they "just forget." Today was the last straw. They forgot my appointment needed a $50 deposit. They called and told me I needed to pay because they forgot. I told them I would stop by when I go get my meds which are also in Selah. Not an hour or two later I get another phone call. They say "are you going to come put the deposit? " this is at 2pm and they close at 5pm. I asked why they're rushing me when I told them i would be by? They said the "doctor wants the deposit." I told them I would be there when im there. It's not only that but they send so many text and emails as reminders. A couple is OK but why a month before, a week before, the day of, make sure you also confirm the appointment on the email. These texts and email will also tell you the out of pocket costs, but most of the time it's not accurate or not enough information in the message. As an example. My out of pocket was $20 for a cleaning. Ah but its Cancer screening time thats $40, you want floride it's $20, want laser it's $200. Why aren't those also part of your email/texts? I always get in there and forget all the little add ons they get you with. Is this a dentist office or a les swab? If youre pushing for these things ypu need to be more transparent ahead of time. Im going to find a better dentist. Who charges a deposit for an appointment anyway? I never missed any. If you look below you will most likely see a generic apology. "Were deeply sorry about your experience, we try sooo hard yo be good".

I had a wonderful experience at Selah Creek Dental. The team was so friendly and welcoming, which immediately eased my dental anxiety. After more than 10 years of being told by other dentists that they couldn’t help me, Selah Creek Dental was able to quickly assess my situation and move forward with treatment. I’m so grateful to have finally found a knowledgeable and caring dental office. Highly recommend!

So thankful for Selah Creek Dental! I am not a regular patient of theirs but I’m 30 weeks pregnant and was having bad oral pain and swelling behind my molar. They got me in same day for an emergency visit, and performed a minor procedure during the same visit to fix the problem! The dental hygienist and Dr. were so kind, understanding and gentle. Made me feel very comfortable - I’ll be returning as a patient of theirs!

The lady behind the desk i believe her name is Rachel. While Rachel was setting up my daughter’s next appointment. She noticed my daughter was having a rough time. She got up and gave my daughter a hug. While offering to go into her appointment with her tomorrow to help her relax. I thought that was Above and beyond an extremely professional. Thank you Rachel…
