I called this office this morning looking for a dentist to extract my broken tooth. The receptionist, Mackenzie, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. When I told her “nevermind,” she actually called me back, claiming she needed more information to schedule my appointment. I told her again “nevermind,” and she hung up on me. I called back asking for the office manager and was told she was unavailable, and to reach out at noon. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially while I was trying to get urgent help for a painful dental issue. Based on how I was treated, I will not be returning or recommending this office to anyone.

Today I had my first root canal. This was the best experience ever! Dr. Goraya did such a great job. Everyone was so compassionate, and understanding. I really really highly recommend this office for any of your needs. They all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and getting the best care you need! Thank you so much for everything today!

**Review of Dental Dentures:** - **Crown Issue:** I visited Dental Dentures for a crown, but they ran out of cement. They used an expired batch instead, which the dentist assured would be fine. Despite my concerns, the crown fell off after six months, and when I finally got an appointment, they couldn't reattach it and wanted to charge for a new one. I decided to leave. - **Root Canal Problem:** My wife had a root canal done there, but recently, the tooth broke, causing significant pain. This shouldn't happen if a root canal is done correctly, as it involves removing the nerve and roots. Dental Dentures has been unable to schedule her for a follow-up, leaving her in pain. Overall, my experience with Dental Dentures was very negative. Their service was unprofessional, and the outcomes were poor. I would not recommend this place for dental care.

I am very pleased with Selinsgrove Dental and Dentures. I had multiple extractions and the dentist did an excellent job. He had them out in no time, and that night and into the next day I had minimal to hardly any pain, I was amazed! Right after the extractions, the dentist inserted the temporary denture and it was a perfect fit. The staff are so nice and very professional. I’m so happy that I decided to come here.
