The entire staff at Sentinel was great. Dr Zhu was thorough in her explanations to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the treatment plan. I always plan ahead with my FSA but my treatment includes surgery and it was over my remaining balance. Alison helped find a great option in Cherry to help bridge that financial gap and helped me get scheduled. Phenomenal experience from start to finish!

If you read my previous review, things are much better now. Tanya worked very hard to explain and rectify the situation! Both the front and back office staff are great, and I would definitely recommend them

You got to get to know your dentist before they put their hands in your mouth. Lol. Dental work is one of the most sensitive things in our health. I had a planned oral surgery with Dr. Zhu. The work done was complicated and painful. Dr. Zhu, and her assistant Jacelyn made me feel very cared for. They understood my concerns and walked me through the process. The x-rays and charts were great, because it gave me a clear understanding of the work being done. My post care is very detailed and gave me some items to take home with me. It's funnny because we laughed a few times in the process. How often do you get to laugh under pain meds and drilling. Lol Dr. Zhu and her staff are the best to work with. Sentinel Periodintics I highly suggest and recommend. I was also impressed they provide financing, since it can become a great expense. I am a very happy patient. -Hector A. Longview, WA

This team went the extra mile to listen to my concerns, work with my fears, sort out the past issues I had with a broken implant, and then took care and kindness with the restoration. I’ve never had a better dental experience. If you need their kind of service, don’t even think about going anywhere else! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Dr. Zhu is more than a dentist, she is a miracle worker. She made shots so easy and painless. I would reccomend anyone to her.
