I am so grateful to have found Serene Dental. It is such a breath of fresh air to be treated with kindness and empathy rather than being treated like a problem patient for struggling with a phobia. I was given helpful advice for how to improve my oral hygiene during my teeth cleaning, and the cleaning did not hurt at all despite being very thorough. When I returned to have several cavities filled, I was prescribed a calming medication and was given Nitrous oxide to help me cope with my needle phobia. It was one of the least traumatic encounters with needles I鈥檝e ever had lol. The dental work was beautifully done and the discomfort the next day was negligible despite having several cavities filled on just one side of my mouth. Highly recommend this dentist :)

Hygienist was really thorough but also really efficient with my time. Serene is always a suoer competent and pleasant experience.

I made an appointment 6 months ago as a new patient and they waited until today, the day of my appointment, to tell me there was a problem with my insurance despite being in-network on the insurance website. I would have appreciated more notice so I could find a new dentist instead of having to wait 1-3 more months to find a new patient opening elsewhere.
