I had an excellent experience with Serene Smiles of Fredericksburg. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office was very clean, calming, and organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
The dental team took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made sure I felt at ease throughout my appointment. They were patient, attentive, and focused on providing high-quality care rather than rushing through the visit. I truly appreciated how kind and compassionate everyone was.
If you’re looking for a dental office in the Fredericksburg area that provides outstanding customer service and excellent dental care, I highly recommend Serene Smiles. They made what can normally be a stressful experience feel smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Sending 10 stars!!!

My first visit to Serene Smiles was based on my daughter’s recommendation, who knew how I felt about the last several dental providers we had visited over the years. From the moment I met Dr. Zain, it was clear that he truly cares about his patients. He takes time to listen, explain procedures thoroughly, and makes sure you feel comfortable every step of the way. You never feel rushed, and he treats each patient with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to find a dentist who combines such excellent clinical care with a personal touch. I highly recommend Dr. Zain to anyone looking for a dentist they can trust and who truly puts their patients first.

Great experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Ryuh were so professional, kind, and helpful. Scheduling a new patient appointment was easy and I was able to get an appointment right away. So happy to have finally found a dental office with fabulous customer service and who truly care about their patients.

Visiting from England and had to visit a dentist to sort out the issue. Where I am staying is close to Serene Smiles which I had seen when passing that way. Not a big fan of dentists but I must admit the staff were fantastic and they managed to fit me in there and then. Big shout out and thanks to the front desk staff, Jessica and Dr Ryuh for looking after me. Oh and apologies about the paperwork LOL.

I’ve had great experiences with Serene Smiles every time I visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming and professional, and they do a good job making you feel comfortable during visits. I really appreciate the great care and service. I would recommend this dentist office.
