Dr. Im and his staff are incredible! I was referred to Dr. Im by my dentist to surgically remove a deep pocket following a root canal. Dr. Im answered all my questions with such incredible patience, niceness and empathy. The staff in his office (especially Ben and Henry) are very friendly detailed caring and attentive. I went in with not a lot of expectations but I was blown by the quality of care. And the wait time to see him and schedule a surgery was little to none. Highly recommend Dr. Im’s office if you have any periodontic needs.

My review is so late. Apologies to Dr. Im. I was referred to him a few years ago for a full upper dental extraction, 4 anchor implants for the insertion of my upper dental bridge. I was scared. Dr. Im was/is so professional, empathetic. He reassured me and reviewed all the steps for this process. The oral surgery was a huge success. It was the best decision I ever made.
This year he performed gum surgery to remedy my receding gums. This surgery was another success.
I highly recommend Dr. Im. He's an excellent periodontist and implant specialist. In addition, his staff including Molly, Ben and the assistants (can't remember their names) are also top notch.

Thank you to Dr. Gunstream and Henry for making my experience so enjoyable! This is my second round of gum grafting, and the process has been so seamless and the results are so gratifying. Such a lovely team couldn’t recommend more.

I had a gum graft with another surgeoun, and it was miserable. The care and work of Dr. Gunstream and Henry made both my experience and my healing SOOO much better and less painful than my last experience!

Dr. Im was forth doctor I saw for consultation about my implant removal and a bone graft. I was very nervous about the whole thing and felt a major anxiety about the need to be getting it done. When I met Dr. Terry Im and his team I instantly relaxed. His assistant was amazing, his cabinet was spotless and clean. The staff is friendly, personal and very professional . Dr. Terry Im was absolute pleasure to work with. I had 2 surgeries and both went painless and quick. No issues with the recovery. I will be coming back for a new implant without a doubt. I can't recommend him more!
