Dr. Pledger and his team are the best. Very compassionate and empathetic to patient needs. My experience has always been the greatest. I've always been treated with respect and have received the best care possible. The follow up by the doctor after the procedure is priceless, not many doctors do this unique type of care. Feeling safe and cared for by any doctor facility is important to me and that is how I've felt every time I have had a procedure done. I can't express enough how great the staff are from the reception to the treatment staff. You are all AMAZING!

highly recommend for anyone with fears of the dentist. unfortunately, i am embarrassingly afraid of the dentist and had put off wisdom teeth removal for years. i spent a lot of time going through reviews and searching for a place i thought would be a good fit for me in terms of patience and care from the team. i’m SO GLAD to have found this office. everyone in the office is so so friendly and welcoming. i forgot the sweet lady’s name that assisted my doctor but she was so so helpful in easing my anxiety and making sure i was comfortable during the IV. if i had to do it again i would go back here 100 times over. i’m so thankful to dr. sandhu and his team!!!

De. Pledger and staff spent over an hour with us explaining everything and easing our worries. A very professional staff all around. Dr. Pledger even asked me if I had any trouble making an appointment in a timely manner and if his staff was helpful and welcoming. I’ve never had a doctor EVER ask me that in 52 years! ❤️

It was wonderful. Everyone was very kind, made me feel worthy and made sure I understood everything. Most important, they didn’t make me feel bad when I couldn’t afford what Dr Sandhu suggested the best course of treatment was. They were still very supportive and professional. I would recommend this practice and definitely go back for further treatment if I need to!

Nice and helpful staff. The Surgeon was friendly and confident in his abilities to pull the teeth with no problems. We don't have dental insurance but the cost was about $400 less than another Oral Surgeon nearby. Thanks for taking care of my son Leo.

Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by two oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Dr. Shabaz Sandhu, DDS, FRCD(C), is board certified as a Diplomate and Fellow of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He earned his dental degree from Western University in Canada and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training through the University of California San Francisco-Fresno Graduate Medical Education Program, with extensive experience in reconstructive surgery, anesthesia and dentoalveolar procedures. He lives in Temecula with his family. Dr. Mark L. Pledger, DDS, is board certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He received his dental degree in 1991 from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery certificate in 1999 at Naval Medical Center San Diego.
