Excellent experience from start to finish. My twin boys had their wisdom teeth removed, and the entire team was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. The doctor, front desk staff, and assistants all went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. The doctor even called later that evening to check on them, which meant so much to us. Highly recommend!

The staff and dentist are very nice and professional. I asked to keep my wisdom teeth and after the surgery they told me they had already disposed of them, I asked Dr. Shanks if he could do anything to help and he said he would see what he could do, then walked out right in front of me a few minutes later saying nothing. I had to ask the nurse again and she the told that HE had told her their was nothing he could do to give me my teeth after disposal. Take that as you will but paying $1,340.00 out of pocket I expected to at least go home with my wisdom teeth. Again, the staff and Dr. Shanks were very polite and professional leading up to this but I have a very sour taste in my mouth after this experience. I find it very rude he walked out without saying anything and it was the nurses responsibility to tell me they could not do anything.

Dr. Shanks did an amazing job with my wisdom teeth removal! He thoroughly discussed everything in the consult and did an incredible job making me feel at peace about the procedure. He even called me a few hours after the surgery to check on how I was feeling and to answer any questions I had! Extremely personable and caring doctor that makes each patient a priority! Highly recommend visiting Dr. Shanks for any dental needs!!!

I was very pleased with the staff at Dr. Charles Shank鈥檚 office today. I couldn鈥檛 have been treated any better by each of the staff. I would highly recommend Dr Shank鈥檚. He鈥檚 so pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable. Love this staff! I would highly recommend him to anyone for oral surgery. Thanks, Dr. Shanks and staff! 馃グ

Went in for consultation. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Dr Shanks was very professional and explained what needed to be done in easy to understand terms. Staff and Doc seemed happy.
