Dr. Shanks was very personable, careful, concerned about my comfort during the procedure, and efficient. Office staff were friendly; billing was straightforward and clearly outlined. His office worked well with my dentist's office -- coordination and directions regarding procedural issues were outstanding.

The staff, as well as Dr. Shanks, are kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Being a new patient, Tammy realized the urgency of my problem and made my appointment in a timely fashion. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be happy in their job. I felt no pressure about making a decision immediately for follow up visit. And they are contacting my insurance to give me a idea of my cost. Highly recommend them.

Having never had any sort of surgery or be put under, I was very nervous. Dr. Shanks ensured that the medicines administered would help alleviate the anxiety. He narrated every step of what he was doing before I was under. 10/10
