Thanks for the update and lying about me being early and you coming to get me early because I was too early for my appointment and you couldn't see me because of me being early and not late which you was very late. So this BS about you guys coming to get at 10:15 is a load of BS. Now you are a bunch of liars. Beware of this place. Just to keep face you are saying I came early when my appointment was at 10am. I was actually 3 minutes late not early. No one came or say anything to me I had to ask how much longer is the wait. My mom had an appointment at 10 am. We sat and waited for about 20 minutes I got up and ask the receptionist how much longer is the wait, she went to the back and told me they will be coming to get you in a few. Someone did come but is wasn't for us. Another 10 minutes goes by. Went back I ask her how long will it take again she say another 15 minutes if I can't wait to reschedule. This second time I was told the dentist had an emergency after I complained. Mind you if she would have told me that from the beginning I would have been greatful and rescheduled because I have other things to tend like a sick father at home who is waiting for us. When I called to scheduled I was told it was only going to take 30 minutes top. I do not appreciate this level of attitudes from the young receptionist if he had an emergency then tell me that from the beginning instead of have us seat and continue to wait. Now I really find this not just unprofessional and very dishonest. BEWARE IF COULD GIVE YOU A TRIPLE OOO I WOULD DEFINITELY DO!
Back story this was my mom third visit my first with her. I don't always take people reviews too seriously but maybe this time I should have. Maybe then I would have know this location was not the place I should have taken my mom there for treatments.

I came to this clinic today with one simple and clearly stated issue — a chipped composite tooth that needed repair.
I explained this when scheduling at the front desk. I was accepted for a same-day appointment and paid $189 for X-rays and a consultation.
Instead of addressing the problem I came in for, the entire visit turned into a sales presentation for Invisalign, fillings, and veneers — none of which I asked for. I repeatedly and politely redirected the conversation back to my chipped composite tooth, only to be told that they “don’t do composite repairs.”
This raises a serious question: if you don’t provide this service, why schedule the appointment and charge a consultation fee? That information could and should have been communicated upfront.
I left after an hour with my issue completely unresolved, a lighter wallet, and the clear impression that revenue was prioritized over patient care. This felt misleading and highly unprofessional.
I strongly advise others to clarify in writing whether this clinic actually performs the procedure you need before agreeing to pay for a visit.
Very disappointing experience.
Update: The owner’s response mentioned my lack of insurance, which is entirely irrelevant to the issue raised. I was fully prepared to pay out-of-pocket. Insurance status does not determine whether a procedure can be performed.

My return back to this office was amazing. The associate that checked us in was truly a breath of fresh air. She was informative, patient and kind. The associates who called me and my son back were also amazing. These ladies kept us calm and relax insuring us that everything was gonna be OK. The doctors who visited us was straight forward and provide us with next steps. The check out associate closed this visite out perfect providing all the documents and making sure I understood all that was said. I didnt at all feel pressured. She share the payment option to make sure we knew that there should not be a worry on paying it all up front if that was an issue.
All in all if you want great service from start to finish choose the PBL Shapiro office. THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING! WE WILL SEE YOU SOON!

I had a great experience in this office! I was recommended to Dr. Shapiro by a friend and I have already recommended him to others. I am pleased to have finally found a dentist who is knowledgable in his expertise and I feel confident in his work and as though I am in good hands. He and his team were all very patient with me, kind, and obviously considerate of their patients needs. Dr. Shapiro and his team make going to the dentist for me, a significantly less stressful and anxiety filled experience. Thank you to them all! I appreciate you!

I went into the office expecting to need 2 root canals and I was very happy to only need one. I really appreciate the friendly and honest treatment. Dr Hartman and his team were excellent! I had no pain at all during the procedure and they made sure to keep asking me if I was comfortable. I was apprehensive when I found out I need a root canal but they made it so easy. Thank you!
