I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Sharma and his team! I was visiting from out of town when I broke a tooth, and they were able to get me in the very next day. I was so grateful for how quickly they accommodated me.
Dr. Sharma was professional, efficient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my extraction. He took the time to explain everything, and the procedure was much smoother than I expected.
Nicole and Ana were amazing assistants. They were kind, attentive, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. They even offered me a blanket during the procedure, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before I left, they sent me home with a goody bag containing aftercare supplies and clear instructions for my recovery.
What truly stood out was the follow-up care. Ana checked in with me the day after my extraction and continued to follow up afterward. She was always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had, which gave me so much peace of mind during my recovery.
I truly appreciate the exceptional care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Sharma and his entire team!

I was very impressed and grateful for the kind and thorough treatment from all the care providers working with Dr Sharma. Dr Sharma gave me full unhurried attention when I first met him. Everything was explained in detail. When I called the office with questions, each was answered to my satisfaction. During the procedure and followup visit, I was treated with dignity, honor and respect. I actually never had such a good experience that went above and beyond from any dental health care provider.

I had a great experience at Sharma Oral Surgery. Dr. Sarmento was professional, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I felt very well taken care of and would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.

I had put off getting this dental implant for as long as possible. I guess you could say I dreaded it. To my surprise, the whole process was very uneventful. Dr. Sharma and his staff explained what they would and do and provided pre-and-post operative instructions throughout the entire process. Although the implant was tender for a few days, I did not really experience any pain. I preemptively took Advil for just a couple of days and followed their post-op instructions. They know what they are doing and the whole process is very professional. Dr Sharma and his staff are patient-focused and genuinely caring. And the pint of locally made ice cream they sent with me was a nice touch and well enjoyed. Thank you for a job well done.

I can’t say enough positive things and feedback from Sharma Oral Surgery. The staff is super friendly, very accommodating, and Dr. Sharma and his whole team perform amazing work. I highly recommend them as this is my second procedure with them. Definitely the best in Charlotte.

He completed both his undergraduate studies and his dental degree at the University of Florida, then completed his surgical residency training at Washington Hospital Center and Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C. Dr. Sharma is board certified in oral and maxillofacial surgery. He treats patients alongside Dr. Rodrigo Sarmento, DMD, MD, who earned his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center, and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Sarmento is also board certified and joined the practice in the past year, expanding its capacity for dental implants, corrective jaw surgery, and other surgical services.
