BEWARE: Honestly one of the worst dentist experiences I’ve ever had. They constantly push extra services that feel unnecessary and the prices are ridiculous. Customer service has been a mess every time. We were referred to a pediatric dentist in Medford a while back because they claimed we had “too many missed appointments” for my stepson. We still have the letter they mailed us, but when we brought it up this year (2025), they acted like it never happened. Fast forward to now — we brought the kids back in, and they referred my stepson to Medford again. I asked if there was someone local in Klamath Falls instead, and they said yes. Then when my husband called about a bill, the front desk immediately recommended Medford again. I had to tell them directly that we want local options because we live HOURS away and can’t take multiple days off work just for basic fillings. They still did not follow this direction and made it seem to him that Medford is the only option! Overall, super disappointed. The whole experience has just been frustrating, they are pushy, inconsistent, and honestly it feels like they don’t listen to their patients or care about how far we have to travel. Their prices are high and they continue to be unprofessional! Looking forward to going to a new dentist!

Dr. Brown and her team are excellent! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental office. My entire family was able to get established as new patients within a few weeks, and we will never go elsewhere! I had severe dental anxiety, and Chelsie & Naomi made sure I felt comfortable and cared for the entire time. Marianna has made adjustments to work with our busy schedules, and Dr. Brown is exceptional!!!!!

Shasta Dental is fantastic! After visiting a local orthodontist, I was told I needed to get my teeth “healthy” again before moving forward. When I met Dr. Brown and explained my goals, she immediately had a plan to get me on track. I’m currently going through a treatment plan that includes deep cleanings, and the process has been smooth from the start. I was scheduled for a consultation within days of calling and had my first deep cleaning just a couple of weeks later. They also referred me to an oral surgeon in Medford, who was amazing—super kind, patient, and understanding of my anxiety and medication allergies. I called multiple times with questions, and they never made me feel like a bother. The extraction itself went really well, and I felt totally cared for throughout. Shasta Dental is great at getting you scheduled quickly, and if they’re booked, they have a cancellation list so you can potentially get in sooner. They also accept CareCredit, which is a huge plus for small business owners like me. My husband and I will definitely be staying with Shasta Family Dental for the long haul!

I was taken as an emergency appointment. As soon as I stepped in I was won over. The place had no odor of any kind!!! Then there were welcoming greeting from the receptionists. The office is super clean and organized. They have a local artist's photos decorating the walls. It is a peaceful office. Dr. Brown and the staff show kindness and compassion. I have extreme dental anxiety and was treated with so much understanding. I never felt as if I were less than because of my dental anxiety. This is definitely the dentist that you and your family need to have in your life, not only because of the caring and compassionate treatment, also because of the community involvement the office does as well. They give back to the community in so many different ways , so not only will you be taking care of your oral health but you will be helping the community as well💖

I highly recommend Dr. Brown and her team. They are personable and thorough. I have never had any issues with billing and they go over cost at time of procedure. Dr. Browns work speaks for itself. Thanks for a great experience every time I come in!
