Dr. Wilson and his office are great! I’ve two emergencies since I’ve been a patient and both times they have somehow managed to get me in and take very good care of me! Dr. Wilson even called me at home to see how I was doing! That’s customer service !

I was given an appointment which was wrote down on a card. The card said the appointment was set for 130. After I signed In at the reception desk, I waited and other patients were being seen before me. I asked the receptionist with the issue was and she stated my appointment was not until 2 o’clock. That being said, I had a teeth cleaning scheduled and was satisfied with the outcome. It was a much better job than I had received previously. my time is valuable and I did not have time to sit around for an extra Half an hour I wasn’t taken back until 45 minutes after checking in.

I felt the staff from the start to the finish was very friendly and communicated very well from Dr. Wilson‘s assistant who did the x-rays to Dr. Wilson and his exam and then Robin who did my cleaning very informative and I would highly recommend Shasta family dentistry .In the past . going to the dentist was not something I looked forward to. However, the reception staff was awesome and from there, awesome

Today I went in for a dental cleaning after many years. Part of the delay was due to insurance, but a big part was fear of the dentist and the pain I’ve experienced in the past. I regret that I don’t remember the young lady’s name who cleaned my teeth, but she was absolutely wonderful. I explained my worries and past experiences to her, and she truly listened. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, put me completely at ease, took her time, and was incredibly gentle. Because of her, this was the best dental experience I’ve had in a long time.

I've always had a great experience at Shasta Faimily Dentistry. Dr. Choe does excellent work and Samantha at the front desk is always very helpful with billing and scheduling. The whole staff is very nice and makes it a great place to be.

Shasta Family Dentistry is a comprehensive and implant dentistry practice serving Redding, California, with a second office in nearby Palo Cedro.
