Ofcourse! My first appointment with Shemen im late. They gave a courtesy call to remind me I had a appointment. They were very kind and even 20- 30 min late they still got me back and cleaned up feeling great. Dr. Saure took his time and Stephanie was awsome to talk to when I could talk. Thanks guys I had a great 1st experience. If your looking for a spot look no more. Its right here!

When your teeth need to be fixed, cleaned or just checked, Shemen Dental truly does a wonderful job. To be honest, most people really don’t love going to the dentist, but the folks here are very patient and comforting.. I appreciate all their explanations of what is happening and wanting everything to go smoothly. They are on time with their appointments and work with you on your payments. An excellent dental group!

I called yesterday due to a chipped tooth. The receptionist I spoke with were so friendly & helpful. The new patient enrollment was very simple. Dr. Sauer was absolutely the best. I was quite blown away from the whole customer service and kindness the whole staff had with me. Absolutely will be my new dentist for good!

This is a very special dental practice. When I called mid-afternoon to ask about getting an appointment due to a tooth problem, the receptionist was genuinely apologetic that she couldn't get me in immediately but was able to set up an appointment for early the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment, I waited a very short time when a very polite dental assistant came to direct me to the examination room and to inquire as to the purpose of my appointment. He was very reassuring and then spoke with Dr. Avirett, who came to exam my tooth and assess the next steps. There is a very peaceful presence at this practice. I never realized a dental practice could be as relaxing and reassuring as this one is. I had a pleasant experience which overcame the initial anxiety of the unknown normally associated with going to a dentist. I highly recommend this dental team, especially for those who, like me, avoid going to the dentist as much as possible. They truly demonstrate caring about their patients.

I went for my regular teeth cleaning and X-rays. Stephanie is the hygienist I always use and have been with her several years. She’s very knowledgeable, patient and caring. She always asks before we get started if I have any concerns. This appointment I had 3. She and Dr. Sauer took care of 2 of my concerns without any extra charges; however, we were so excited that there were no major issues we forgot to complete one so I’m going back to have that taken care. They treat us like family. I can’t say enough good things about this office. You’ll just need to go and see for yourself!
