This is the best oral surgery center in Va and NC. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. COLIN IS FANTASTIC. He is highly skilled at his ptofession. I had a tooth extraction and experienced no pain with numbing or the procedure. The tooth was a challenge due to the positioning, but not a challenge for Dr Colin Sherwood. After numbing, he had it out in 5 MINUTES. WOW, was I surprised!!!! He is great about explaining all pre and post op care. He listens and made sure I was comfortable!! I truly recommend this center for oral and dental care. Thanks to all the staff working at the center and a super thanks to Dr Colin Sherwood.

They removed 25 teeth due to my periodontal issues and they did it rather quickly. They had to gas me before because I’m a needle phobic. I’m trying to get over it. I’m 55 now he had such patience with me and the kindest Eyes he was really gentle when he put the IV in. I know this
I came out of it … I told him they were getting a five star review and they got a few secrets out of me that I’m not gonna post on here lol highly recommend him staff is awesome. The weight is short in the parking is plenty full.

I had a wonderful experience with Sherwood Dental. Everyone was so nice, so informative, and so attentive. The process was quick. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I’ve had very minimal pain and no swelling. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I went to Aspen dental in Danville, VA exspecting removal of my left wisdom tooth, after xrays the doc came in and stated two teeth needed to be removed and implants, then I was taken to finance office with charges of over $9,000.00. I advised I did not come there for that, I just wanted wisdom tooth removed, the doctor said he could NOT remove it, referred me Sherwood oral and dental implant surgery!!! and walk me to the door!!
LET ME SAY Sherwoord and staff SAVED THE DAY, I was in tears and in pain, explain to them what happen, they close at 1pm on Friday but they took me did one xray and pulled my tooth in less than 20 min, I was at at Aspen for 2hrs and nothing done!!! Let me say I appreciated their concern for me and quickly doing what needed to be done so can feel better!! Kudos to the entire staff❤️ I highly recommend the Sherwood staff!!!❤️❤️❤️

The staff and Dr. Sherwood were professional and personable. Even though they were running significantly behind, they treated everyone with empathy, respect, and patience. I appreciate how well they communicated their processes and what I should expect during the surgery. I highly recommend Sherwood Oral and Dental Implant Surgery.
