I have been a patient of Dr. Zhao for over ten years. She is very professional, knowldgeable, up to date on advancements in the dental field, thorough, calming and kind. I trust in her ability and experience and would not consider going elsewhere.
To make what can be an anxious dental visit easier, Dr. Zhao has put together a wonderful staff from her receptionist to all her technicians. They take pride in what they do, are so friendly and genuinely care about providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for their patients.
I highly recommend Dr. Zhao's dental practice.

I had an amazing experience at Dr Shirley Zhao’s clinic. The staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They made me feel comfortable and everything was explained clearly- from treatment plan to insurance fees. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Dr. Shirley Zhao's dental office! The staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and great at customer service. Scheduling is easy and they are flexible—appointments are always made efficiently as per our family request. My cleaning was thorough and gentle, and doctor communicates clearly and professionally. The high quality of care is why my entire family are happy, long-time patients here

Making an appointment was very easy! I inquired online, got a email, a text message and a call within 10-15 minutes. From the moment you walk in, Chris welcome you with a smile! She’s helpful with explaining the documents, you know what to expect for the appointment and billing. I went in for a cleaning with Ericka and she was also very fast and efficient.
Very very pleased with Dr. Sakshi Trivedi! I’ve been at this location and have always had great work but Dr. Trivedi was so patient, gentle, explained the treatment plan, and made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the appointment. I’m especially happy that even though I came in for a cleaning, she was able to get me in for a dental treatment! Really happy because my schedule is so sporadic so I was very grateful to have work done when I was already there. Solid team here, I have referred my fiancé here and he was also very pleased. He went in as a new patient, got his teeth cleaned, X-rays, and found that his toothache had in fact been a root canal. Dr. Trived prioritized that and treated it the same day! I was shocked that they were willing to fit him in the same day for such a big (to me) procedure. No dental work is a fun time but at least you can have a sense of ease and trust that Dr Zhao’s team here will take good care of you.

I had such a great experience during my dental cleaning! I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in, which made me feel really welcomed. The clinical assistants were all so kind and caring throughout my visit, and the doctor took the time to walk me through each step of the process. Everything was done with care and professionalism—I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend!
