Today was my root canal evaluation. First time visiting this practice. The office itself is very nice and well decorated, also very clean. The front desk staff were welcoming and informative. Dr. Allen and his assistant Halee (sorry if I misspelled your name!!) were absolutely awesome. Then to top off the great consultation appointment, they had a cancellation come through and offered me the appointment same day. Came back an hour later and had a wonderful root canal experience. Like, who can say that they had a wonderful root canal? I highly recommend Dr. Allen and the practice, Shoreline Endodontics.

Dr. Haag was so incredibly kind during the entire procedure. I have never been to a clinic with staff this amazing before. They are all so friendly and great at making patients feel comfortable. Dr. Haag and his assistant explained everything that they would be doing, gave me multiple options that suited my comfort level, and continuously checked in with me throughout my procedure to make sure I was doing okay. I experienced 0 pain during my procedure, and left the clinic feeling confident and super satisfied with my care. Even the ladies at the front desk were very informative and helped me understand some insurance information I was confused with. I saw nothing but smiles all around. This is the first time I feel like I’ve been treated like a human-being while in a dental procedure, treated kindly, fairly and with empathy the entire time . Not once was I wondering what they were doing nor was I concerned at all. An educated patient is a happy patient and Dr. Haag and his team do a fantastic job! Thank you!!!

Everyone in this office is just so kind and helpful. And Dr. Allen is wonderful! He is so patient and gentle. He has a way of making you feel comfortable and is very good at explaining everything.

Dr Allen and his assistant Becky made getting a root canal feel like a walk in the park. Everything was explained in detail. Nothing took place that I wasn't informed about. I highly recommend Shoreline Endodontics. I hope I never need to have another root canal but if I do I know exactly where I'm going for it!

This practice has a fantastic vibe! Everyone you come in contact with is very friendly and professional. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr Allen has a great bed side manner. He explains everything and makes sure you are ok and comfortable the whole time. His work is excellent. This business does everything right from the moment you walk into the till you leave. They have a business model that works very well.
