This is an excellent practice all-around, I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Rolotti and all of the staff I've met. I've had several visits for a dental implant in the last year (pre-work, procedure, follow-ups, etc) and the work done is flawless. No issues. The entire staff is professional, polite, and happy. Dr. Rolotti is meticulous, excellent bed-side manner, and I love that he explains what he is doing so I can prepare myself for what is to come. I usually have high dental work anxiety, but not here, everyone is calm and they seem like that want to be there. I don't feel like a number, but a valued patient.

Dr. Rolotti and team are wonderful. I had two teeth extracted in 6 months and would never go anywhere else. I experienced no pain and the healing process was fast despite one of the teeth being in a tough position to remove. Dr. R. offers a collagen treatment, which I have not had done anywhere else, to protect the extraction site. In the past I experienced a dry socket (no fun) This really helps prevent that. The staff treats you like family and everyone is so happy, which tells you a lot about the environment. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I met Dr Rolotti and his team at Shoreline Periodontics for the first time today. Everyone was so efficient & knowledgable and at the same time pleasant to me on my first appointment. They gave me the information in writing I needed as well as verbal explanations of the proposed procedures Dr Rolotti both recommended be done soon and other work that could be done later. We're fortunate to have this practice here in Middletown.

I am so very happy that my dentist referred me to to Dr. Rolotti when my dental implant aged out. Despite the intense extraction, I am so happy with the healing process and post-op care I received from Dr. Rolotti and the Middletown staff. Looking forward to my new crown and showing it off to Dr. Rolotti.
