I would give this office 10 stars if I could. I had been to two other dentists and was happy. I looked up my insurance and found Dr. Hsu’s 5 star reviews and ravings about her and the office. From my first phone call I was so impressed. The staff took care of everything for me!!! Insurance, getting records from the 2 other dentists offices & getting me in immediately to be seen. The dental assistance there are amazing too, and they are also going to dental school to become dentist. They’re extremely thorough, friendly and spend a lot of time explaining everything in detail. Then Dr. Hsu came in. WOW! Not what I expected from the dentist I have been doing in the past. She was not rushing around and going back-and-forth to other patients she came in and talk to me for a while. We addressed my concerns. She told me what she thought was best, but she also gave me other options. There was no pressure! I already knew from her reviews what a fabulous surgeon she was, but she is also a wonderful person!!! She is amazingly smart! She is kind, caring, patient, and very good at what she does!!! I absolutely love the one on one. You will not feel rushed or dismissed or pressured. This place is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to everyone!!! Thank you to Dr. Hsu and to EVERYONE that works at this AMAZING office!!! God Bless

Dr. Sicat-HSU & her entire staff is the best Oral Surgeon in ALL of San Diego. From their professional & personal service from walking in the door - to the expertise of Dr. Sicat-HSU in the chair is "2nd to none!" Thank you Dr. Sicat-HSU and to your staff for all you did for me. I will be sure to recommend you to everyone I come across in need of your service! 5 STAR REVIEW!!!

Very professional and kind staff, I was very comfortable and relaxed for my wisdom teeth removal surgery. I’ve heard the horror stories from friends about their experiences other places, so I think it’s safe to say the team here really knows what they’re doing. After just taking one pain med (ibuprofen or acetaminophen can’t remember) I’m only a bit sore and can talk, drink, and eat (soft food only ofc). Very positive experience.

A big thank you to the team at this office, I cannot thank them enough for helping my mom out. The doctor was very attentive and the amazing young lady Jean was so kind and made our experience that much better. She helped us from the consultation, X-rays, insurance questions and treatment planning. I was so in awe with how much she did, went out of her way to help us and how well she carries herself, it’s hard to find young people like that these days. If you are worried about sending your elderly parents to the dentist or Doctors like I usually am… rest assure this office took great care of my mom.

I recently visited this dental clinic to have my top two wisdom teeth removed, and I had such a positive experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and took great care of me throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable and well looked after, and I’m really happy with the results. Highly recommend them!
