Absolute scam artists. I came in for my insurance approved 2 free cleanings a year, not only did they charge me, and I paid, but now I'm being told I owe more and they had the audacity to send me to collections. I never approved more than my fillings and free cleanings, these liars are saying I still owe them for fillings. Just take it out of the wrongfully charged cleanings (which hurt every time I went in because of the heavy hands). Scam artists. I'll likely never trust another dentist office again because of the horrible experience I've had with them.

Dr. Sierra,
Thank you again for making time to fix my loose crown. I was a tourist 300 miles from my home and from my regular dentist. I wasn't sure what I was going to do at 4:30 on a Thursday evening. But, I Googled "dentists near me." Sierra Dental popped up. I called you, and you graciously said that you would take care of my crown. The process was thorough yet quick and professional.
Your assistant, Alex, was very gracious when you left. He apologized for you all appearing to rush me. But I didn't feel rushed at all. It was a very pleasant process that was done in 20 minutes.
This world would be a much better place if all people were like you.

Dr Sierra is an amazing dentist. He's very thorough and very kind. His office staff and dental assistants are all so kind and caring. I reccomend Dr Sierra and his entire practice as First Class!

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. Dr Sierra and his entire staff are wonderful. Very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient, friendly, professional, and very thorough. Great communication from start to finish, and the least amount of waiting I have ever experienced with ANY medical professional, throughout the scheduling, planning and execution of treatment. I highly recommend Dr Sierra and his team. Fantastic people. Superb medical practice. Thank you!!!

On the one hand, they got me in quickly for an appointment, and the hygienist (Alex, I think) was excellent. But Dr. Sierra seemed very keen to push me on referrals to his two colleagues by pointing out lots of things wrong with my mouth. My previous dentists have said my teeth don't need additional work, so this seemed to me like he was upselling me.
