I’ve been a patient at this dental office for several years. When I had insurance, I came regularly, even after losing my coverage due to unfortunate circumstances, I continued going and paying out of pocket. Unfortunately, my experience today was extremely frustrating. After my cleaning in February, one of my fillings fell ou. Something that has now happened three times after cleanings at this office. While they don’t take responsibility for it, the pattern is hard to ignore. I called immediately when it happened and scheduled an appointment for last Monday. However, I never received a reminder, so I mistakenly thought it was for the following week. When they called asking why I missed it, I explained the situation, and they rescheduled me for this morning. I showed up expecting to have the filling fixed. Especially since I had already explained the issue, but instead, they told me the appointment was only for an exam. I had to take time off work for this, and now I’m being charged for an exam I didn’t ask for, plus a significantly higher price for the filling compared to what I paid about a year ago. At the end of the day, I missed one appointment due to their lack of communication, lost a day of work because they couldn’t accommodate a later time, and now I’m being charged more for something that should have been straightforward. I’m sharing this to hopefully save others time, money, and frustration.

I was a few minutes late and the front staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The young lady who took my X-rays was very polite did a fantastic job Dr. Lee was professional and kind and explained everything to me in detail and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Sierra Dental for all you dental needs 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Friendly front office. Office was so clean. And the Dr was very engaged with myself and my son. Very thorough and just felt very comfortable speaking with him and how he explained everything to my son.

Dr. Do and his team are absolutely amazing! They're incredibly thorough, professional, and always make sure I feel comfortable during every visit. I really appreciate how accommodating they are with my hectic schedule—it makes a big difference. I highly recommend Dr. Do to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist.

Sierra Dental is the best office in town!! Dr. Huh is friendly, knowledgeable, and makes you feel less nervous about dental visits. Not to mention, he is great with kids! The staff is also very friendly and organized which I appreciate very much! They remind me of upcoming appointments and work with my schedule. The office is very clean and they make safety top priority! Also, the wait is never long. Great time management! 100/100 every time 👍
