I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Priyush Patel and his incredible team. From start to finish, my dental implant experience was seamless, stress-free, and truly exceeded my expectations.
Scheduling my appointment was extremely easy and convenient — no long wait times or complicated processes. The front desk staff was friendly, responsive, and made me feel welcome right away. From the moment I walked in, I could tell I was in a well-organized, professional, and patient-focused office.
Dr. Patel took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the implant process, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind. The procedure itself was smooth, comfortable, and handled with exceptional care and precision. His expertise and calm, reassuring approach made a big difference, and I always felt I was in very capable hands.
What truly sets this office apart is their outstanding follow-up care. The staff checked in with me after the procedure and made sure my healing was going well, which showed how much they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being.
Another huge plus was the very reasonable cost for such high-quality care. I received excellent treatment without feeling financially overwhelmed, which is something you don’t always find with dental implant procedures.

Nobody likes to have oral surgery! But if you do, I highly recommend Signature. The office is beautiful, the people are fantastic and caring, and the work they do is excellent! They make sure to explain everything in detail and to provide the patient with all available options. I was anxious about the surgery I needed but the people at Signature put me at ease and made the whole process a breeze.

Had a tongue biopsy, was pretty nervous. But it was really quick and I literally had no discomfort and pain during it. You wouldn’t even know someone’s working on your tongue haah. Took about 4 days for the pain to fade, but the doctors did an absolute fantastic job

I had to have a tooth extracted and Dr Patel was available quickly and did a wonderful job. His associate David walked me through all of the steps and options. I hope to never need to go back as oral surgery isn't fun but I know if I need it again, Dr Patel and his staff is there.

Dr Patel & his staff were so professional and reassuring. It made the whole process of my wisdom tooth removal the best it could be. The staff even sent me a get well card! I would recommend them to anyone that needs oral surgery.
