I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Patel and his entire office team. From the moment I walked through the door, I was treated with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. After surviving a devastating car accident in 2017, I suffered significant damage to my face and jaw. For years, I believed I would never truly have my smile—or my face—back the way it was before the accident. I consulted with multiple dental professionals, but Dr. Patel was the first dentist who had both the expertise and vision to successfully create a treatment plan that worked for my unique situation. My All-on-4 upper implant restoration has completely exceeded my expectations. The result is nothing short of incredible. My new teeth look nearly identical to my natural teeth before the accident—which I never thought would be possible. The aesthetics are absolutely beautiful, but even more importantly, they feel natural and function perfectly. What surprised me most was how much my overall health improved. Being able to properly chew my food again has made a tremendous difference in my digestive health and GI function. The impact has gone far beyond restoring my smile—it has restored confidence, comfort, function, and quality of life. Dr. Patel is exceptionally talented, meticulous, and truly gifted at what he does. His office team is equally amazing—kind, supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in their patients’ success and well-being. If you are looking for a highly skilled implant dentist and a team that truly cares, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Patel and his team for full double-arch all on X implants. This was a multi-stage process over about 8 to10 months, including temporaries before my final zirconia bridges. The staff was kind, patient, and encouraging the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. Before choosing Dr. Patel, I researched and consulted with other offices. Some quotes were much higher for the same type of treatment, and I didn’t feel the same level of respect or support. I chose Dr. Patel because of his excellent reviews and the way he treats people, and I’m so glad I did. I drove about two hours from the Frackville area and it was 100% worth it every trip. They truly care about their patients. I didn’t always have someone to come with me, and on a couple of checkup visits I had my child with me. The staff was incredibly supportive and helped me with my son while Dr. Patel did what he needed to do. This entire experience changed my life for the better. I went from ALWAYS intentionally hiding my smile to never wanting to stop. Yes, it’s a big investment, but what Dr. Patel did for me is priceless, and I’m genuinely forever grateful to him and his team. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with dental implant procedures at Signature Smiles Dental. Dr. Palak Patel is highly experienced. He clearly explained each stage of the implant process, guiding me through every step and patiently answering all my questions. The entire team at Signature Smile is kind, supportive, and attentive to patient comfort, making the process smooth and reassuring from the very first visit. Dr. Patel uses advanced technology, including modern 3D scanning. The quality of care, professionalism, and final results truly exceeded my expectations. My new teeth look very natural and function just like real teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Palak Patel and the Signature Smiles Dental team.

Looking for great quality dental work, price, staff and professionalism? Stop looking! Signature Smile Dental is the right place! Clean office, conveniently located; no waiting! Met Dr Patel June 2024, genuinely listen to my concerns and clearly explained step by step permanent Zirconia implants procedure for my 76 years old father. Outstanding bedside manners and very accommodating staff. 17 months now, very pleased and highly recommend Signature Smile Dental.

Dr Patel and his Staff are just amazing. I did so much research into having all on 4 procedure and where to have it done including out of state. So happy I went with signature smiles. I was a nervous wreck with so many questions before and after I got surgery done and Michelle was always getting right back to me putting my mind at ease. I’m 10 days post surgery with hardly anymore pain and couldn’t be anymore happy. February I go back to get my finals on and can’t wait! I would give them 100 stars if could and recommend to anyone over and over again. If your on the fence about it as I was…just do it was one of best choices I’ve ever made and would do it over and over again. Thank you Dr Patel, Michelle and rest of team for changing my life!
