I had an excellent experience at Significance Dental Specialists this morning. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by a kind and welcoming receptionist who went above and beyond to help obtain my X-rays from my dentist.
I was then escorted to the treatment area by Jesus, who was soft-spoken, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to ask detailed questions about my dental history, explaining why each question was important, and performed additional X-rays with great care and professionalism.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Wang, who immediately put me at ease with his gentle demeanor. He carefully reviewed my dental history and X-rays, thoroughly explained the procedures for the visit, and even shared an educational video to help me better understand gum health. Dr. Wang provided valuable advice, was conservative and honest in his recommendations, and complimented the excellent care I have been receiving from my dentist and hygienist, encouraging me to continue my current routine.
It is rare to find a doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, sincere, and honest. Mrs. Amy the office manager was very kind and assisted me with my check out . I will gladly recommend Dr. Wang and Signature Smile Specialists to my family and friends, and I look forward to returning for future checkups. This is truly a wonderful place, especially for anyone who feels nervous or anxious about dental visits.

Definitely a 5 star!!! From the moment I walked in the receptionist greeted me with a smile. I found this place after going to 2 different dentist that told me 2 different things!! Doc was straight forward and said absolutely did not need all the work that the other 2 DR鈥檚 recommended . All you need is a deep cleaning and to up your dental hygiene even though I thought I was 馃お. Significance Dental Specialists is where to go for your deep cleaning and any gum issues ! Love this place!

Dr. Allen Huang has been treating my severe gum disease, including significant bleeding and deep periodontal pockets. He performed an outstanding bone graft procedure to regenerate the bone that had been lost in the affected area. I am very grateful for his expertise, skill, and excellent care throughout my treatment.

These are fabulous people. The office staff is amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. They will go the mile for you. The doctor is extraordinary
. The doctor took his time explaining what was going on with my teeth, the alternatives for me and what he suggests should be done.
I don鈥檛 remember having such a positive and supportive experience like I had at this office.

The office staff were very nice and the waiting area was very clean. Lauren took me back and thoroughly explained the process and was very kind and knowledgeable. She was very good at her job and was very reassuring. Dr. Allen Huang is also very kind and explained everything I needed to know. It may sound strange but I am very much looking forward to my next appointment.

Significance Dental Specialists is a specialist dental practice in the southwest Las Vegas area, located on South Fort Apache Road near the 215 Beltway. Unlike a general dentist's office, the practice is built around a team of specialists, including periodontists, an orthodontist, and endodontic care, who work together on complex cases such as gum disease, tooth alignment, and tooth replacement. Patients considering dental implants can expect care from doctors who completed additional years of residency training beyond dental school specifically in implant placement and periodontal surgery.

Meet the Doctors
Dr. Allen Huang, DMD, MS is the founder and CEO of Significance Dental Specialists. He is a board certified periodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in periodontics from the University of Illinois Chicago, and he has placed more than 20,000 implants over more than 20 years of practice. Dr. Jeffrey Wang, DMD, MS is also a board certified periodontist. He studied at the University of Michigan as an undergraduate, completed dental school at the University of Pennsylvania, and finished his periodontics and implant residency at the University of California San Francisco. Patients appreciate that he takes time to listen and treats gum health as a long term partnership. Dr. Victoria Chen, DDS, MS co-founded the practice with her husband, Dr. Allen Huang. She is a board eligible orthodontist who handles the orthodontic side of complex cases, including patients who need both implants and tooth alignment as part of a coordinated treatment plan. Dr. Vinne Chen, DDS is a co-founder and board certified endodontist who handles root canal treatment for cases where saving a natural tooth is still the best option. He completed his undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley, dental school at Columbia University, and his endodontic residency at the University of Pennsylvania.
