I had a great experience at Silicon Valley Smile Solutions. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and well taken care of.
Dr. Haghshenas is an excellent dentist—very knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly dedicated to providing high-quality care. What really stands out is his wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time to explain everything and makes sure patients feel relaxed and confident during their visit.
If you’re looking for a dental office with a professional team and a dentist who truly cares about his patients, I highly recommend Silicon Valley Smile Solutions!

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from Silicon Valley. I have scheduled multiple appointments for important dental work, only to have them rescheduled at the last minute. My most recent appointment was supposed to be on June 29. I confirmed the appointment through the text messages they sent me, and then just two days before my appointment, they rescheduled it.
What makes this even more frustrating is that they constantly tell me how imperative it is to complete these procedures as soon as possible to prevent my teeth from getting worse. Yet after canceling my appointment, they pushed this major procedure back another two to three months. This has happened to me at least three separate times.
As a federal worker, I am required to complete my dental work before attending certain work-related travel and assignments. Their repeated scheduling changes have made it difficult for me to meet those requirements, and they’ve let me down on multiple occasions.
If this is how they treat loyal, returning patients, I would not recommend this office to new patients. Reliable scheduling is an important part of healthcare, especially when the office stresses the urgency of treatment. Unfortunately, my experience has been the exact opposite, and I no longer have confidence in their ability to provide dependable care.

Dr. Hagshennas has provided excellent care over the 11 years I’ve been his patient. The staff is professional and friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable. They provide sedation for dental work if you need it, and there is a pretty aquarium that you look up at as you lay back in the chair. During different seasons of more difficult dental work, I feel that the compassion shown to me by Dr. Hagshennas, Cindy, Marie, and Stephanie has been the component that elevated my gratitude for them all. I highly recommend Silicon Valley Smile Solutions to give you a pretty smile you can be proud of. It’s worth it! 😁

My most sincere thanks to Dr. Hagshanis and his entire staff! Every aspect of my dental care was absolutely fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Hagshanis to all of my family and friends. In fact, I already do!
His offices are pristine and beautiful, with the latest technology to quickly and painlessly asses and resolve any of your dental needs!
A special thank you to Miss Marie, Dr Hagshanis' front office manager, who is absolutely charming! She made it so easy to set appointments, and worked with my insurance to make sure I was able to effortlessly get all the care I needed!
It's rare to actually look forward to seeing the Dentist, but thanks to his incredible staff, and Dr. Hagshanis' expertise, my experience at Dr. Hagshanis' office is always wonderful!
If you need dental care, please do yourself a favor, and visit Dr. Hagshanis! 😊

My son recently completed a very extensive course of dental work with Dr. Hagshenas, including gum and bone reshaping and 12 crowns over about five months. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Hagshenas made my son feel comfortable and at ease, he never developed any anxiety about going in for procedures, which says a lot given how much work was involved.
Dr. Hagshenas showed genuine concern for my son’s dental issues and took the time to find thoughtful solutions. We are extremely happy with the results.
The office staff is accommodating, friendly, and very easy to work with, which made coordinating so many visits much easier.
Because of the care my son received, our entire family will be moving to Dr. Hagshenas for our dental care. We highly recommend this practice. ⭐
