The care and support I received were amazing. They were very concerned about my health and comfort before and after the surgery. Although I hope I don’t I need oral surgery again, if I do - 10/10 will visit Dr. Stivers and his team again.

While eating, I fractured an upper premolar down to the gumline. It was deemed non-restorable, and I was referred to Dr. Mark Stivers at Silver Creek Oral Surgery for extraction and bone grafting in preparation for a future implant. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful and genuinely welcoming staff. As I completed my health history forms, Jenn and Tina escorted me to the treatment area with such friendliness and reassurance—it was clear they love what they do. Dr. Stivers arrived and clearly explained the entire procedure, from extraction to bone graft placement, in straightforward and calming terms. After the assistant applied the topical anesthetic, I didn’t feel a thing—from start to finish. Post-operative instructions were provided both verbally and in writing, along with an ice pack and a prescription for discomfort (which I never needed to fill). When the anesthetic wore off that evening, I was amazed—it felt as though nothing had even happened. I’m extremely pleased with the level of care I received at Silver Creek Oral Surgery. The environment was spotless, the team was professional and kind, and Dr. Stivers’ skill and communication were exceptional. Five stars—without hesitation.

This place is amazing and excellent customer service. They answered all my questions that I had about getting my wisdom teeth removed. I was so nervous and worried about getting my procedure done. I’ve never had good experiences with doctors, but Dr. Stivers helped me feel comfortable and went over all the questions that I had and showed me x-rays that he explained how he will remove my teeth and what side effects I might have. I never had a doctor that went step by step and told me everything about my procedure. BEST PLACE and don’t waste your time and money at a different company. This place is 100% the best!!!!!

Dr. Stivers is an amazing Surgeon we are lucky to have him here in the PNW he takes great care of his patients. My significant other had her wisdom teeth removed here and it went great! the staff is also amazing we have never felt as welcomed and treated with respect as we did going here anywhere else thank you Silver Creek Oral Surgery.

I would add more than 5 stars if I could! Dr. Stivers has gone above and beyond for our family. I received one tooth implant, my husband received two, and two of our children had their wisdom teeth extracted by Stivers. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, and of course with Dr. Stivers......it felt like family. And, his experience, knowledge, and wisdom helped reduce distress. We were all so comfortable and felt so blessed to go through this process here. I can't recommend Silver Creek enough!
